1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Detached Carriage House
This beautiful, fully furnished guest house apartment was custom-built for comfort.

With an open floor plan, it has a full living, dining and kitchen great room space, plus a generous bedroom, bathroom and laundry area. The living room also offers a luxe sleeper sofa that sleeps two. It was furnished with comfort and convenience in mind--from heated floors in the bathroom to a king-sized mattress in the bedroom, we want guests to feel at home in this space.

The apartment has several large closets, making it ideal for longer-term stays. The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking, baking and coffee breaks! It has a private entrance and indoor stairs-- a welcome feature on icy nights.

We are located in Valley West, an award-winning family friendly planned community that has parks, walking trails, a lake with a pavilion and a playground all within walking distance. Also with in walking distance is The Market at Ferguson Farm, boasting four of Bozeman's favorite restaurants. Our location gives easy access to Big Sky/ Moonlight Basin skiing or Bozeman's own Bridger Bowl; we are 88 miles from West Yellowstone, and less than a block away from a Streamline stop, Bozeman's free bus service.

Bozeman Conference Getaway

Great location to downtown, conference center, and walking distance to dining. We appreciated having reserved parking, too! The apartment is perfectly suited for two adults with all the creature comforts of home. We would stay here again and refer our friends to this property as well.

Good: This rental was in a great location. Easy to get to and the walking path around the lake was a bonus. The kitchen was very nice. Needs improvement: bedding was dirty and needed washed upon arrival. Not as well stocked as other VRBO’s we have stayed at. Mattress on pull out couch was stained.

Big sky Bobcat vacation

We had a lovely time in Bozeman and at this condo. It was super comfy and had everything we needed. The location was very close to campus plus super trendy restaurants. We will definitely be back to this location.

40th Birthday Trip

We booked this trip for my husband's 40th. The space was so cozy and they had everything you needed. It is a well maintained property and great for a couple or small family. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon, would definitely book again!

Lovely Place, Well Located

Small but with everything we needed. Beautiful upgraded kitchen. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Steep flight of steps for entry some might want to know about in advance.

Beautifully furnished and thoughtfully supplied

The hosts went out of their way to have everything anyone could possibly need or want and it was most appreciated. Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to town and good restaurants. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat. 💗

The property was clean bright and warm, well appointed. We like that the studio had full kitchen with all the utensils and servings to be able to make dinner for daughter with their newborn. Just 3 minutes to their apartment on Twin Lakes. So nice. Thanks

Perfect for what I needed

I was in Bozeman for four weeks to decide if I wanted to move there. I tried everything I could - restaurants, coffee shops, local theatre and looked for houses, condos. This was well located for that task!

Next to a pond

This was the perfect place for me and my pup. Just steps away from a walking path and pond, it was really easy for morning walks and potty breaks. The apartment itself is well appointed and nicely decorated. Bed is comfy and the morning light is beautiful. Will definitely stay here again.
