Great place

The property was exactly what I needed. Clean, well located, safe. It had a kitchen, which helped me keep trip costs down when I prepared meals. It was a great place and I recommend it.

Wonderful experience

This property is adjacent to the University of Guam and is located near center of the island to give easy access to most everything. The accommodations were clean serviceable and adequately furnished and stocked. There was some nightly noise in the neighborhood, but then it was over the near year. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Quiet & Cozy

Everything was great, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was clean and the washer and dryers were also kept clean, even when shared between the units. There was a total of 6 units in there. The power to the tv went out twice but it was fixed in a timely manner. Overall I spent an awesome three weeks at the property and for the price it was great. Will stay there again!

Best Guam option on Vrbo

Jack was super nice and flexible with check in and out times. There was wifi, a kitchen, the bed was comfy and clean, and the area is pretty quiet aside from the occasional rooster crow lol. It's about 20 minutes from Andersen AFB and Tumon bay so not too bad a drive if you dont want to stay in the over priced touristy area. Close to Pagat Cave hike and Ding tea (great boba place). Can't beat this place for the price. Very reasonable.

静かな住宅地の中にあります。 建物の周りで放し飼いにされているニワトリが親子でのんびりと餌をついばんでいます。 近くにはグアム日本人学校があります。 街の中心からは離れているのでレンタカーを利用しないと移動は困難です。 とは言ってもグアム自体が小さな島なので10分から15分ほどで近くのビーチ、スーパーマーケットやショッピングモールに行くことができます。 空港からも10分くらいです。 徒歩圏内に飲食店はないので朝食などは自炊をするといいでしょう。 調理器具や食器、基本的な調味料は置いてありました。 グアムの生活を楽しみたい人にはぴったりだと思います。
