Make yourself at home in this spacious four-bedroom Sunriver retreat, designed for comfortable family vacations and group getaways. With air conditioning, a private hot tub, game tables, bikes, and room for everyone to spread out, this dog-friendly home makes it easy to relax, reconnect, and enjoy Central Oregon.

The main living area offers comfortable seating around a gas fireplace, creating a welcoming place to gather after a day of hiking, biking, or exploring Sunriver. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed for preparing family meals, while the adjacent dining room provides plenty of space to sit down together.

With comfortable sleeping arrangements, indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, air conditioning, and thoughtful amenities for guests of all ages, this Sunriver vacation home has everything needed for a memorable stay.

Located near Fort Rock Park and Sunriver’s scenic bike paths, this inviting home offers a comfortable base for exploring everything Central Oregon has to offer. Whether your days are filled with biking, hiking, golf, or quiet time in the forest, this Sunriver vacation home makes it easy to slow down, reconnect, and create lasting memories.

Pets allowed, dogs only. 2 max, fees apply.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Well maintained home on quiet cul-de-sac.

Wonderful place! Was perfect for our family, room for the 4 older kids (teen, young adults) to have some space but still easy to come together. Rooms were spacious, loved the adjustable bed in the master, house stayed cozy, hot tub was always warm, and the garage stayed a comfortable temp for game play even when it was cold out.Kitchen was well-equipped, only thing I missed was having 2nd baking sheet. I also appreciated that we got a text when the house ready, was nice to get in a couple hours earlier.

Classmates Retreat!

A ladies retreat for our HS class, 5 of us enjoying Sunriver and this great home! Lots of room for us, kitchen was stocked for eating, drinking and cooking. Had a great time, the 4 baths were a big plus also. Location was quiet, would have loved to have Shark passes, but the Big hot tub helped. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful House with most everything you need.

Two families with kids (ages 16-23) really enjoyed this property. It is beautiful and spacious. The ping pong table, the Foosball table, and the poker table were used a lot during our stay. I would recommend this place for sure.

Great house, great hosts

We had a family reunion at the house with multiple families. The house was great for a large group and included lots of activities to keep us entertained. The hosts were very responses. Great service overall. We recommend this house and would visit again.

A great get away house!!! Very accommodating!

The kitchen was well stocked!! Good knives, lots of dishes and silverware, bowls, and equipment for mailing good food!!! Love the open floor plan! Just one thing… get a new broom!!

Great weekend with the girls

Everything about the house and the stay was great. They could’ve had a few more commodities available in the kitchen but otherwise it was great! VRBO added $100 on the reservation fee and the way it’s done it’s easy to miss which I did so be very careful of that

Annual Family Trip

My family takes an annual trip to the beach, but decided on Sunriver this year. We found the Acer 4 property and it looked like a perfect fit. Check in was easy, Bennington was very communicative. The home itself was well stocked and clean. Hot tub and ping ping table in the garage were highlights. Thanks for a memorable stay. We will be back! -Justin
