Room is OK, but the moldy and mosquito-infested environment ruins it
The landlord made sure that the room is clean. The kitchenware is new and the linens are clean. However, the room has a very bad moldy smell. The laundry house has water outages without notification. The room has water outages too. Please look for reviews for Weston Medical Center Apartment. All of the one-star or two-star reviews are true. There are five-star reviews of this apartment complex, and one tenant is saying that they are reporting to google about these fake reviews. I am not sure if they are fake or not, but I am very sure that the 1-2 star reviews of the apartment complex are right.
In short, the landlord tries to keep the room clean. However, it is in a moldy apartment complex with mosquitos from drainage and other places (I saw one flying out of the drainage in the bathtub). The complex has a gate, and it was open the whole day without control during the first two days of our stay. The kids don't feel safe. There is not a lot you can do to improve the apartment complex.
