Thank you for your review! I would definitely love to host you again. Thanks for keeping the place nice. Sorry you didn’t get to enjoy one of our three pools. The large pool is in the next building. It’s the largest pool in all of downtown. It has outdoor grills and a life-size chess game. There are two Internet lounges complete with private office space and printers for working along with two club rooms to relax with shuffleboard and a pool table. Guest have access to all amenities in all buildings. I’m sorry you ran into noise from the neighbor. Hope to host you again next time you’re in Houston!

Hi Donyale. I’m sorry your stay didn’t meet your expectations. I did want to clarify a few of the issues you stated as I like to be completely transparent with my guests. Access to all amenities is through the Chirp app. It sends a verification code as with any other security app and you were not able to receive the security code because you have a pop up /spam blocker on your phone. I spent over 30 minutes on a call with you to trouble shoot and even offered to send the app to your husband or someone else in the party. Your husband had no problem installing the app and getting the code. The parking has two options both which are free. Street parking which is a first come first serve basis. I have never had a problem parking close to my unit. Or garage parking available with a parking pass, everybody is offered a parking pass. I just need the vehicle information. You were never denied a parking pass.. Having two options for parking has always been a plus for this unit as most rental units don’t have that and you have to pay for parking. Lastly, I was never made aware that you were not checking in on the day that you rented. Ww spoke that night multiple times and you never told me you were not going to check in. You reached out to me for a refund after your stay telling me that you did not check in on Friday and checked in the next day. There is a very flexible refund policy with the unit. Without communication prior to your stay I was not able to offer a refund nor confirm you did not stay there the first night. I work with all my guests on almost every requests when I am made aware in time. This just wasn’t the case in this situation. I hope my response addresses the issues you brought up.
