Oh my, don't quite understand this 3 star rating at all! First of all, the She Shed fee is listed in the listing, you even told me that you did see it after all! Also, I never entered the home while you were staying, or touched the thermostat on the AC! When our temperatures are in the 100,s it much harder to cool the insde down! Yes, I did come by once to water the flowers in front and back, which doesn't require coming in side! It's very hard to keep things alive in this horrific heat, but I can't control the weather. Actually, 77 isn't bad for indoor temperatures! My thermostat stays on 82 at home, and with fans going, its very comfortable!, I also turned the AC ON, in the Shed before you arrived so it would be cool in there for you! I'm glad you had a good time, but certainly thought I deserved a better rating for my home and my compliance to all your questions and needs!

This so sad to read, I did everything you had asked for, with a 2 hour early check-in, that you didnt pay for, tgen you left water running in the house overnight, maybe a toilet or bathtub, nor sure, but I got an alert from water department, saying possible leak. There was nor leak, water department said it stopped in the morning, and there was no more excessive water usage after that point.They said there is no leak! You are mad, and so left this horrible review! The house was perfect and you know, and you didnt complain about anything until I questioned you on what happen with the water. No pictures, no complaints, but a dishonest review! Thats just not right! This review will be reported, for being false and deceptive!

I turned the AC on for you, so the house would be comfortable for you, and the note by the thermostat, asked not to turn down lower than 76 degrees, so not sure where you came up with 83, unless that was temp. Inside.This house cools down very quickly, and every room has ceiling fans as well. The listing described accurately, the fold out beds, are in the bedrooms, they are blue, they have 5 inch cushions, they can fold from chair into a youth size bed! They are very comfortable, and can be moved to other rooms! The She Shed, also offers sleeping for 4, so maybe you misread or wasn't aware of that? It would be really nice if you would nice if you would correct your review, to correct the statements you submitted! I also gave you an early check-in as well, so this is upsetting to read!

I really dont understand this 1 star review? You never stayed at my property, and never said why, maybe a change of plans? You didnt ask for a refund either. There is no communication from you whatsoever. I will ask Vrbo to remove this review, no communication, no complaints, simply nothing!!
