Fun in the sun for the whole family! 2 condos units (406 & 407) side by side sleeps 10 - 8 adults and 2 children. One unit (407) has a separate bedroom with a queen bed, full kitchen, living room with a futon sofa and futon loveseat, and 2 lanais. The second unit (406) is a studio with 2 full beds, a kitchenette and a lanai.
The studio condo can be used as a second bedroom. Simply step next door for a private room but still be close to family. Everyone can spend time together in the bigger unit's living area, or go downstairs to lounge by the pool, sit at an umbrella covered table to play cards or have drinks together in a cabana. Also in this oasis from the city is a small restaurant named Ko Tiki Terrace.
We provide many things with our units. Unit 407 has a full kitchen with full size refrigerator and full size gas stove with oven. Unit 406 has a kitchenette with 2 electric countertop burners, toaster oven and small refrigerator. There is a four person dish set, cups, glasses, wine glasses, flatware, serving utensils, pots and pans in each unit. There is also a Keurig coffee maker as well as a regular drip coffee maker, a microwave, and small rice cooker in each unit.
We provide snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach towels, tote wagons, and folding chairs. We have baby pack & play and strollers in each unit and can provide a travel high chairs, baby floaties and baby bathtub upon request. We can also provide a wide adult wheelchair at no cost.
The courtyard at Bamboo Waikiki is a charming tropical oasis featuring a lovely pool with a waterfall and an inviting hot tub surrounded by cabanas and lounge chairs. The Sam's Kitchen restaurant is convenient to grab a quick snack or meal in the evening.
The Bamboo Waikiki is perfectly located in Waikiki, just 1½ blocks from the world renowned Waikiki beach and 1½ blocks to International Market Place. There are numerous local and international eateries just outside the building.
Steps away is the beach for swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, snorkeling, paddle boarding, catamaran cruising and volleyball. The condos are walking distance to the Waikiki Shell, Kapiolani Park, Honolulu Zoo and Diamond Head.
Privately managed by owners, Moana and Kari Huddy, we would love to meet you! We also provide a detailed book that describes all the rules and site recommendations. We are always available by message or phone for any questions or issues you may have. We want to make your visit to paradise as memorable as possible!
PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED.
Limited parking is available in the basement for $40 a day. Please call in advance to hotel to reserve at 808-922-7777. We must submit your check-in sheet prior to you making the reservation. For your check in sheet, we need the name, address and phone number of guest checking in and the names of all guests that will be staying in the condos.
Parking throughout Waikiki is limited and expensive. We do not recommend that you rent a car for your entire stay, but rent them by the day when you venture outside Waikiki. There are many car rental places within blocks of the hotel. There is also a fantastic bus system with clean, safe buses. There are motorcycle, moped, dune buggy and bicycle rentals throughout Waikiki. There is lots to do within walking distance and most days are beautiful and sunny! We would love to share our island with you!
