Great place for two couples. We enjoyed the amenities of the apartment, as well as the location and walking distance to restaurants and food trucks. My husband and I took advantage of the lanais whenever we were not on an excursion, and enjoyed watching the Friday night fireworks from this great vantage point.

Wonderful place

The Royal Garden place was a wonderful experience for us. There was two couples and it was wonderful.There was two bedrooms and large bathroom ,with the kitchen and living room in the center. The living room was a large size to with plenty os spaces to sit we would highly recommend this place and would definitely return to it if we come back. There was also laundry which was great since we were leaving for a cruise.

Great place in downtown honolulu

Lovely apartment with great location in downtown Honolulu. Very clean. We were able to walk to many places and some great restaurants in the area.

Amazing Stay

Is exactly as shown. Communication was so great with the host, very kind and helpful.Great view of ocean and canal. Very highly recommend. Will stay again if we ever return to Hawaii.

Beautiful condo in a great location

The condo is as pictured. It is a great location, walking distance to many restaurants, stores, amenities, and the beach. The owner was very communicative, kind, and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in Waikiki!

Awesome stay in Waikiki

This property was as described and exactly as pictured. Views from all 3 balconies were amazing!! Location was perfect for us, a short walk to downtown Waikiki, restaurants and the beach. We were 2 adult couples and the property couldn’t have been better for us. Two bedrooms each with bathrooms separated from the common areas with doors. Lots of space for all 4 of us. Great communication with agents (Hazel/Cheryl) both incredibly helpful. Even had beach chairs, snorkelling gear and beach toys in the back closet in the laundry room. We would definitely stay here again.

Maintenance required ASAP

The reasons for the low rating:1) I couldn't sleep with such strong scent from the bedsheets. The next morning the bed sheets and mattress pad had to be washed with my own detergent. The towels also had same strong scent and had to be washed.2) After removing the mattress pad, the mattress had a horrible large stain covering over half the mattress (bed next to bathroom in room with two beds). This is definitely not what I wanted to see or sleep on! Replace the mattresses!3) The pots, pans and rice cooker in the kitchen were very worn and they should be replaced.4) A moldy cup of tea was left in the microwave.5) The kitchen faucet needs to be replaced since it always needs to be jiggled to turn water off.6) The AC unit emitted a musty smell throughout our stay in room with one bed. It should be replaced.7) Overall, a lot of maintenance is required before I would consider renting again.

Great place for family vacay

The condo is even better than we expected! Has three balconies with views of the beach, Diamond Head, and the canal. Both bathrooms are very spacious and nice. Conveniently located, can walk to the beach and major spots in Waikiki.

Lovely condo

This condo is wonderful. This is a corner unit and had great views from every room. Each bedroom had its own bath and they were all spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were prompt to answer questions when we were on site and the location was very convenient. We didn’t use the pool, but the gym was good. We had a wonderful trip.

Great location, great place

We had a wonderful time in Oahu. The property was extraordinary. Close enough to the beach and the shopping districts. We had a great time. The property owner was very accommodating and always quit to respond to questions.

Perfect stay

Everything was as promised. Easy check in, clean unit. All amenities we could need. Parking fees are outrageous, however we could walk to so many places, it was a very convenient location.

Well-stocked rental in a fantastic location

- The location was fantastic - it's a short 10 minute walk to Waikiki Beach and the shops on Kalakaua, yet far enough away that you're not embedded in the bustle. Getting to places on Oahu will always take some time, but this allows you access in <30 minutes to downtown Honolulu, Pearl Harbor and Hanauma Bay.

Honolulu vacation

The two bedroom suite on the 21st floor was a beautiful place It was spacious, with beautiful views from its 3 balconies. We cooked in the kitchen which was well equipped. A washer and dryer in a separate washroom made it easy to keep plenty of clothes clean after being at the beach day after day. Two separate full baths made it easier to get ready in the morning.

Very pleased with this rental

The Wyndham Royal Garden is a beautiful building and perfectly located to walk or drive virtually anywhere. The apartment was exactly as represented. I would stay here again if the need arose. Highly recommend this property to others. Not sure it's a great place for small children. In fact I didn't see any small children on the property.

Great for families!

My family (husband and 2 yo daughter) and I stayed at this 2 bedroom suite during our recent stay in Waikiki with our friends and their 8 month old. The location of this specific unit is away from the others and the bedrooms are far enough from each other that both kiddos (and parents!) could not hear the other crying when in the rooms! Each bedroom has their own bathrooms with a sink that has plenty of counter space, a bathtub, toilet (with a bidet!!) and shower! The living room was spacious and great for the kids the crawl and run around in. We also loved that there is a washer and dryer inside the unit. We all enjoyed this stay so much and will definitely be considering ot whenever we come back to the island!

Couple of items Kleenex tissues would be nice addition And you might want to check the master shower because the last day it seem to be only hot water or last item would be the addition of more bath towels other than those items it was a great place and good location thank you

Things need in repair

Very nice place, a few things need repaired, TVs remotes do not work, sliding door in living room hard to open, ice maker doesn’t work & a few other things also tried to reach out but no response. Thank you

Great place, great location

My family and I stayed here for spring break. The pictures are accurate on the space but the views from the lanais are so much better than can be captured in a photo. If you are in good health, this location is perfect. Walking distance to Waikiki beach, shopping, and amazing restaurants. The check in process was very easy and the staff was excellent to us, even though we were guests at the hotel. We alternated between the beach and swimming pool and lived BBQing in the pool area. There were 6 of us staying here and we had all the space we could need. The rooms were a good size. The only downside if you are a cooking family is that the kitchen is small and hard to maneuver. However, we loved the large/standard size appliances. Unless you are planning to explore the island, you probably don’t need a car. Parking around Waikiki is hard to come by.
