We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the location of the apartment, but we are truly sorry that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the delay in sending your check-in instructions. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait outside the property after your journey, and we regret the inconvenience this caused. We are also very sorry about the unexpected washing machine malfunction. While technical issues can unfortunately occur without warning, we understand that this disrupted your stay. We appreciate your patience while our maintenance colleague and housekeeper assisted you, and we are glad to hear that they were able to provide support and made you feel cared for. At the same time, we regret that our communication from the office did not meet the standard you reasonably expected. We understand your disappointment, particularly when your follow-up requests regarding the laundry remained unanswered. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we will review this internally to improve our responsiveness and communication with our guests. We appreciate your understanding that unforeseen issues can happen, but we also recognize that how they are handled is equally important.
