If what you are looking for is privacy, calm, comfort, this beautiful house is your option. Located in the center of Telchac, just a few meters from the sea, it has a large private pool. The room has a double bed, air conditioning, SMART TV, full bathroom with hot water. Parking space for 2 cars. Next to the pool there is another complete bathroom, barbecue, 2 lounge chairs, ample space that is not shared with anyone.
Dining room and kitchen with what is necessary for long stays.

Comfortable

We had a very nice stay. The outdoor furniture was in poor condition. I think a bistro table and chairs on the covered deck would have been nice so we could enjoy the back yard in the morning and one of the longing chairs were broken so only one of us could enjoy the sunny days. Overall I was very pleased with the home and the Neighbors were amazing. I would certainly stay there again and hopefully they do some upgrading to accommodate the outdoor experience in a beautiful back yard setting Sandy and Rebecca

Wonderful stay!

The place was clean, Rodrigo was very responsive to messages, and it the place is just a short walk from the beach. The private pool is very nice and the backyard has beautiful palm trees.

I build this house with all my love, its a house build to enjoy, enerything about the hause has that propose.
The pool where made to respect the palms that where there before, so now you have 4 huge palm trees suroinfding the pool, all the architecture was thinked to be confortable, fresh, and clean.

1-story house with unique finishes, polished concrete floors and walls made of CHUKUM, a tree endemic to the Yucatan Peninsula, Large PRIVATE patio with a beautiful pool framed by 4 large palm trees that provide unparalleled beauty. The room has a sliding door that leads to the sand and pool, perfect for letting children play and keeping them in sight. Shower with excellent water pressure in the bathroom in the room and the bathroom in the bedroom. Equipped kitchen and a full refrigerator to make a pantry.
