Perfect for our family for the weekend, boat fit great, great location & we were able to bring our two little dogs. We were comfortable and well accommodated while there.

This home was rented solely for fishing. Rooms were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Loved having a gas stove.My husband said the shower downstairs was a tight fit. Only downfall was the boat lift not having enough dock. Not wide enough. Had to get in at times off the seawall and being “ older” fishermen did not feel safe unless someone else was there to help get in and out. Otherwise a great 2 weeks. Brought home nearly 300’fish between the 4 of them.

Great place to stay close to the water

We went there for a few days fishing, the location is excellent, only a canal and the house is really comfortable, great experience.

A wonderful stay!

We had a great weekend stay here. The house was clean, spacious and in our favorite area of the island. Plenty of parking. Great outdoor area and boat lift.

Beautiful house, excellent location. Very clean, well appointed.

Loved the place, awesome feel, very beachy and boat friendly. Loved the location, loved the atmosphere. Only complaint was we didn’t stay longer!! Thanks so much for being an excellent host!!

Fishing Tournament

Perfect place for my buddy and I we were fishing the Farmers Invitational Tournament. Proximity and canal access for our boat was perfect!

Quite get away

The sitting area down stairs was awesome. We hung out in the evening and talked about our day and got excited for the next. Weather was perfect!

Downtairs

The house was decorated very cute and the kitchen was well appointed. The problem is that there is no access to the downstairs bedroom unless you go outside. Additionally, the downstairs bathroom has no sink. It is outside the door of the bedroom. It is a very busy street with the the marina at the end of the street.

THINK TWICE BEFORE RENTING THIS PROPERTY!!

This property would be fine for 2-3 people for 2-3 nights/days to come to Pine Island to go fishing. We needed a place to stay while working on our Hurricane Ian damaged house and originally rented it for 28 days, but had enough and left after 22 days. The couch, air intake for the AC system, windows, and rugs were all filthy (we spent a couple hours cleaning when we checked in). The kitchen window was broken with a piece of cardboard covering half of it, so we had to leave the blind down. The couch and the beds were all incredibly uncomfortable. There was only one closet for the 3 bedrooms, and it was padlocked, leaving us no where to hang anything. When we asked about a vacuum cleaner, we were told it was locked in the closet (we eventually found one in the shed). The wash machine was not working (a repairman finally came 20 days into our stay) and there was only the one set of sheets that was on the bed. The toilet in the main bathroom was not properly fastened to the floor. While we were there, there was a local boil water advisory for a brief period which we found out about after it was over (we never heard from the owner about it). When we went to use the can opener to begin to prepare a meal, we found that it was full of rust. The owner didn’t check in with us to see how everything was when we checked in or checked out (she did respond to some of the complaints letting us know she was new to Pine Island and to having a rental property). We were very surprised by all of this and do not think it’s representative of the VRBO brand.
