This warm and comfortable Victorian is the home of famous street artist Kelsey Montague and her sister (who rent it when they're traveling). It is steps from some of Denver's best restaurants, bars and walks!

The space
You'll be sleeping in:

✔ Bedroom 1 (Main floor) : Queen Bed
✔ Bedroom 2 (Primary Upstairs): King Bed
✔ Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room): 2 Full (Bunk) Beds
✔ Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin Bed

This home is 127 years old. Each room has high ceilings, original wood floors and original tile ceiling (in the kitchen). We've tried to maintain the integrity of this Victorian Queen. It's a warm, cozy, antique of a home that we love. The rooms have been professionally designed and Kelsey (owner) has done multiple murals throughout!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house minus a few locked closets and half of the basement (where we keep our personal items).

The main floor features an entry way, a bedroom, a bathroom, a dining room and kitchen. The speakeasy off of the kitchen contains the refrigerator and a sitting space. On the second floor guests will have access to three bedrooms and a bathroom.

Guests will have access to the backyard which includes the hot tub and fire pit. The garage has been transformed into a play area and gym.
Other things to note
We have a property manager who will be on call during your stay should any issues arise.

Great place for our family reunion with 8 adults. Lots of space for hanging out both inside and outside. Perfect location for shopping and restaurants and The Farmer’s Market (seasonal). Great communication with owners.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was clean & ready for us when we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet, but close to restaurants & shopping. The game room was perfect for our kids, and we enjoyed the hot tub after rafting & ziplining! The murals through out the house were so fun & overall we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

We had an amazing time at this unique home. It had everything we needed for a 3-night stay. The location was great for visiting the aquarium & children's museum, plus very walkable to neighborhood restaurants & shops. The kids loved the game room in the back!

Fun, quirky house in a great location. Good space for a big group. Close to good restaurants, bars and shopping. Only thing that could make it better is a shower curtain for the upstairs bathroom. One shower on the first floor was a little tough for a group of six. We were too on the go for baths and a second shower would’ve been great.

My children, my in-laws, my husband and myself stayed for 3 nights there and absolutely loved it! It was clean, well stocked, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of towels for the hot tub and bathing, it was beautifully decorated, and there was plenty of activities for everyone. Not to mention its in a great location and safe neighborhood.

Staying at this house was the highlight of our trip! Beautiful and unique art in almost every room, spacious for 7, and the game room plus hot tub and fire pit were total wins! The neighborhood is quiet but close to so many great stores and restaurants. To top it off the host was wonderful. This is a no-miss if you’re visiting Denver!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property, enjoying the backyard fire pit and game room, as well the great restaurants and shops that are truly steps from this location. If you’re up for venturing farther afield, Empower Field (where we saw the Summit FC play their inaugural home game) is a 35-40 minute walk.

This place was a dream! So much intention poured into every detail of the home from the murals on the walls to the door stoppers and candle sticks. Finding the hidden candy bar in a frame was an added bonus. Courtney was kind and responsive and i couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the night.

So many thoughtful touches throughout this home. My family loved our stay. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the Highlands and just a block from 32nd with all its great shopping and dining. The house sits in a historic neighborhood, and both the area and the home are full of charm.My kids had a blast discovering the quirks of an older home, especially the bookcase that doubles as a door—they’ve told everyone about it. The hosts were wonderful and even left a sweet surprise for the kids, which was a huge hit.

Lovely House great, walkable neighborhood

Fantastic house, very comfortable. Love the wall art. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. Spent a lot of free time on deck and in backyard. Parking was very close. Stores and restaurants very close. A beautiful neighborhood, lots of interesting houses.

Host was very communicative which was great and even let me in early to decorate for my sisters bachelorette. The house is super cute, and in a great location, however there’s really only 1 full functional bathroom with a shower (we had 4 women), the body wash was empty, and I got a parking ticket right after I got there, I had barely any time to read all of the info yet so that was pretty disappointing, and I played 3 days of having to continuously park my car every like 8 hours or so. Not a ton of places to put toiletries so that was a bit inconvenient to move our stuff in and out. There’s also no dishwasher. Probably more work than relaxation at this rental.

Thank you for your notes. 48 hours before you checked in I did send a note explaining exactly where to park your car so you don't get a ticket and so you can leave it for the entirety of your stay. Also, the bath upstairs does have a hand held shower head, not sure if you saw that. We have put in more storage for toiletries and I spoke to our cleaners about keeping the body wash full. We appreciate your feedback.

Absolutely fantastic! The property itself is so charming and easily accommodated our group of 6. Communication leading up to and during the stay was timely and clear and my request for an early check in was accommodated. Property was clean and well stocked with linens, kitchen appliances, and activities for all ages. (The hot tub was lovely and clean. The game room was a hit. Fun variety of board games.)Quiet tree-lines street with great proximity to be able to walk to local shops and restaurants was an added bonus. As mentioned in other reviews the upstairs bathroom functions more as a bathtub than shower but really wasn’t a dealbreaker in any way. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a really great location. So many great places walking distance away! It has a lot of sleeping possibilities and easily accommodated our three generational family of five. It is truly a funky old Victorian house, complete with a claw foot tub and hand-held shower wand. The yard is nice and has a lot of great seating. Things to think about: parking is an issue. If you have very young or very old members, you may need to drop them off before parking. Also, the AC struggles to keep the upstairs cool for sleeping early in the evening. By the morning, the house had cooled down.
