Perfect for a group meeting. Short stroll to the beach.

What a gem. This spacious property was everything our 7 person group requires. Plenty of space to meet, dine and fellowship. Short walk to the beach for perfect sunrises and sunsets. 5 out of 5!

Even better than the pictures

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for many years, and this is by far the most beautiful property we have rented. For those of us who had to work during the day, we were all able to work in separate spaces with strong WiFi, with plenty of room to gather as a family once work was done. The house is immaculate, the rooms are spacious and inviting, and the furniture is gorgeous. The bathrooms are spa-like, especially the two master bathrooms. I can't say enough about the appliances and the kitchen.....top of the line, for sure! Even the linens, pillows and towels are lovely, and the beds are very comfortable. The only thing the house needs is more (and bigger) pots, pans and bowls, especially for a house that size with potentially that many renters staying there at one time. On the other hand, it is meant for vacation, so we didn't cook that often anyway. Truly a special place!!!

Stunning Home

Beautiful home!! Great location. We could hear the ocean waves from the deck. Large, spacious bedrooms. Huge kitchen and family room to have meals or play card/board games. Absolutely perfect for our girls getaway weekend.

Something for everyone

There was something for everyone. Bikes, beach, pool, short and convenient beach access, just a mile to Coligny. We had a great week!

Lovely home in a great location

The reservation and check-in process was quick and easy. We had an issue with the elevator due to a previous guest and the maintenance staff fixed it quickly. This home was updated, clean, and a short walk to the beach.

Spring Break

Our stay at 29 pelican was absolutely terrific! The home is new, very well-maintained, with very nice finishings and furnishings. There are seven very generously sized to rather large bedrooms each with a private bathroom. This was excellent for our multi generational family gathering. It would also work extremely well for a multiple family group. The property management company provides excellent service with upscale toiletries and very fine linens. The beds were extremely comfortable and there is a large TV in every room. The proximity to the beach is amazing and such an easy little walk. The pool, which we had heated, was a huge hit with all ages from preteen to grandparent. We would definitely stay again. Only criticism would be that the kitchen needs some stocking in terms of more and larger pots and pans, serving bowls and platters and a large electric griddle would be nice for a house that accommodate such a large group.

A Great Big Beach House

The property was beautiful and the home had ample space for a group of 13 + 2 children. Having the pool was perfect despite the weather being a bit cooler than expected. The only thing the house was lacking was larger serving bowls. With so many of us we were scrounging to find plates/bowls that were large enough to serve everyone. Other than that the place was perfect for our group.

Absolutely Stunning Property!

Stunning property located steps from the beach. Convenient location with bike paths steering you towards the Sandbar for nachos and a Landshark or the French bakery for a homemade croissant. Coligne Beach is just a short 3 minute bike ride away. Quiet neighborhood. Amazing pool and spa. Ample space and massive bedrooms make this house great for large groups or small families that appreciate having their own space to retreat. Everything you need to make a meal at home or all the resources provided to help guide you where to go out. Hope to definitely stay at this phenomenal property again!
