- Gated Community Access Information -

For the comfort and security of all residents and guests, this property is located within a gated community with controlled access.

To prepare your access cards before arrival, we kindly ask that you send copies of the passports or IDs of all guests in advance. This helps ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in experience. Please note that community security may also request to see a valid ID upon your first entry.

If you plan to receive visitors during your stay, please let us know in advance. All visitors must be registered with the community security team before they can enter. Visitor access requests can be processed between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Our team is always happy to assist with guest and visitor registrations to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.


- Other things to note -

We fumigate the apartment regularly to avoid any inconveniences that may be caused by local mosquitos, cockroaches and other insects. However, we are not able to separate you completely from the local fauna. Please, let us know if you encounter any insect in the apartment: we will take additional measures. Thank you for understanding.

* Please note, we do not provide masks and snorkels for hygienic reasons.

IMPORTANT: Access to the Meliá Resort is NOT included with your stay. Any access to Meliá Resort facilities, if available, is subject to additional fees and the resort’s applicable access conditions.
