Loved this condo

This condo is perfect. It is clean and comfortable and in a good location to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The pool is amazing and right outside the door.

Reviewer Comments: Costa Hermosa, Is a beautifully designed condo complex, I would recommend it, However, the location is not the greatest, the distance to the beach and or small restaurants (my fav is Citrice and Dalia) is 7-9 min, walking distance, which is fine, but the streets are loud, dirty and can be smelly and the beach location is not the best. I would recommend renting a car and discovering other beaches.You can save a lot of money by grocery shopping at Jumbo or Super Paola, but it is a 20 min. car ride from the condo complex. The Pool is fantastic. But please if you go, follow the pool rules, this complex is privately owed and renters should treat it like there home so that everyone can enjoy there stay.I would also recommend to the owners that they should carry staple items like salt, and pepper, sugar, coffee filters... as it is inconvenient for renters to have to purchase these bulk items each time and only use a minimum amount... what happens to them once the renters are gone. Does the cleaning crew take them?Over all we enjoyed our 3 week stay, and would come again but during low season as some renters may be disrespectful. The internet was amazingly fast, this unit does not have a desk area. I work for my self so my work comes with me every where I go, But I made it work. The 2 king size beds are extremely comfortable, the pillows not so much. The kitchen is well equipped but I would change some of the pans as the t-fal is wearing off. The water pressure is great and the space is very large and very comfortable, the living room TV is great. overall the unit had a home feel to it and we did not need to use the AC often saving us more money than the 20us per day.There are a few owners with yappy dogs, but you get use to it and at night it is very quit.Thank-you Carla for your generous smile and positive attitude.

Nous avons séjourné un mois dans ce superbe appartement fidÚle au descriptif ou rien ne manque. Dans un cadre verdoyant et parfaitement entretenu ou nous avons profité de la trÚs grande piscine. La proximité des commerces, restaurants et plages est également un atout pour cette résidence. Nous ne pouvons que recommander Costa vacation pour l'organisation du séjour, leur réactivité et le service proposé lorsque nous avons eu un problÚme avec le lave linge. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le dévouement de Victor lors de nos transferts de et vers l'aéroport.

The place was infested with ants and other bugs, it was very uncomfortable. After letting the hosts know, they were unhelpful and claimed this is normal. After speaking to locals they say it is not normal. After requesting to end the stay early, the hosts responded very rudely and attended the property in a very intimidating way. After this, they went on to spread lies on my airnbnb review. They claimed I broke rules and was unable to tell me how. I would avoid this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only issue we had was some noise related to concrete maintenance work at the complex during our stay. The property was meticulously maintained inside and out. Security guards did not speak English, so couldn't help with questions, but Property Manager was easily contacted for that. Beautiful place, and the owner seems to take a great deal of pride in keeping it that way. We also stayed at a second property, but thought this one was nicer, even though not as close to the beach.

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am glad we chose the particular vacation rental the unit was nicely decorated, the property looks better than on pictures my only compliant would be the gym - it is extremely small. I would recommend this property to others.

Paradise in Punta Cana

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a truly outstanding property. The grounds are beautifully maintained and safe. It looked better than the pictures. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable and had all of the items that we needed. The staff at Go Punta Cana Real Estate could not have been better. Due to the northeast blizzard, we needed to extend our stay an additional six days and they were very helpful in accommodating us. They also helped with phone calls to our rental car agency to get that extended. Special thanks to Anny at Go Punta Cana. This turned out to be a great vacation and I will recommend Costa Hermosa to anyone who is looking for a great rental.
