This bright, clean, fully furnished 3 bed/2 bath home with open living areas, big yard, free boat parking is only a short walk/drive to the lake & 30 min drive to Dallas. You can enjoy the lake, the quiet lakeside area & still be close to experience all that Dallas has to offer! This home is great for short & long term visits. *Insurance stays welcome*

Loved this house!

The house was lovely! Beds were comfortable, had all the utensils in the kitchen we needed, and we loved hanging out on the back patio! Would definitely recommend.

Loved this place! We really enjoyed the house, beds were super comfortable and kitchen was incredibly well set up for cooking and coffee!. Loved the back yard and the quiet neighborhood and park down the street.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. Your stay occurred immediately following a period of heavy rain combined with rapidly warming temperatures. As our property is located near the lake, these weather patterns can naturally result in an increase in seasonal insects, particularly if doors and windows are left open. We maintain regular professional pest control service and proactively offered to schedule an additional treatment during your stay to further address your concerns; however, that option was declined. When the dryer issue was brought to our attention, we arranged for repair and had it resolved within 48 hours. We take maintenance concerns seriously and make every effort to respond as quickly as possible. We genuinely strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all of our guests and are always happy to help when concerns are communicated so we can work toward a solution. We appreciate you choosing our property and wish you safe and pleasant travels in the future.

Wedding stay

Great location as we were attending a wedding close by. Close to park by the lake, house was as described. Could use a bit more patio furniture and outdoor games

Rockwell/Heath Quiet Getaway

My husband Rick and I love to see new places, experience new things and travel. I was able to rope my husband and my (now old enough) sons into learning how to scuba dive, which is my absolute favorite thing to do and talk about ;-)

We enjoy providing lovely homes for people to live in, we have had long term rentals over the years and now we have dived (pun intended) into the short term rental experience!

This is a perfect little gem of a house with a great large backyard, space for boat parking, all nestled in a small quiet neighborhood, close to the hustle and bustle of Dallas, but oh so close to Lake Ray Hubbard and the enjoyment and tranquility and relaxation of a day on the water... Come enjoy the city and the water ;-)
