Newly remodeled and updated, when you stay in this room you will have a private entrance to your own cozy space which includes your own private bathroom and a little kitchenette. Gazing out your window you'll see the alpaca barn and the antics of the babies.

Quiet, clean and comfortable

A fun little place to stay outside of Moscow. The room was spotless with cute decor. Bed was very comfortable. Host was gracious and provided us with a fridge full of snacks.

Wonderful place

My stay was wonderful. Everything was beautifully arranged—lovely, spacious and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Thoughtful provision of coffee, food in the fridge, chocolates. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

The host was extremely responsive and welcoming. Clean, quiet, and comfortable place. She replenished nice treats every day and gave us a personal tour of her alpaca farm. Our family in Moscow loved it, too. We also enjoyed stargazing every night.

Wonderful quiet B&B about 20min from WSU

We stayed at this Alpaca B&B when visiting the area for a WSU football game and our stay was perfect. It's a studio suite (with great view of the alpacas) and really nice bathroom with shower/tub. An easy 20minutes to the WSU campus. Deb is a great host and there was a nice selection of eats/drinks in the fridge, plus a toaster and microwave. We will definitely will stay there again next year.

Wonderful stay!

The property is beautiful and peaceful! My room was very comfortable, clean and had a fridge with drinks and snacks. This was a wonderful place to stay for my plans in the Moscow area. And the alpacas were super cute!

Quick Trip to Idaho

I brought my mom to Idaho to visit a local quilt museum. WHAT A FABULOUS place to stay! It was quiet, and little farm was charming. Downtown Moscow has a wonderful farmer's market on Saturdays from May - October; that was a bonus that we really enjoyed as well.

This is a wonderful place, just a short distance from town. Deb is a great host, the place is very clean, the surroundings are beautiful and the alpacas are fun! Highly recommend.

Excellent experience!

Our stay in the private farmhouse suite was just as we hoped. Deb our host, was wonderful in every way, and the view from our suite was amazing. So peaceful and serene. The alpacas were fun to hang with as well - they kept a close eye on our comings and goings. The 15-20 minute drive to Pullman was quick and easy each day. I highly recommend staying here and plan to return sometime in the future!

Great place

We didn't spend much time in the place due to graduation celebrations, however the place was very clean and comfy. The listing was very accurate and the owners very friendly through communications! And the alpaca's were so adorable 😍

Wonderful property and a great stay.

Had a phenomenal time staying at this property. Deb and Patch are great hosts and it is unbelievably quiet on their property. The space was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We returned from a football game to find a plate of brownies left for us and they had stocked the fridge with treats and some beverages. The proximity to Moscow and Pullman makes this an ideal place to stay, and I hope to return soon. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place and the view outside is so relaxing

Lovely place and so private. Had everthing we needed plus more. Fridge was well stocked with healthy items. Plenty of beverage choices. Nice private seating area outside. It was do nice to met Deb and visit with her. Her place is definitely on my list to stay again when I wisit Moscow again.

Wonderful stay at an alpaca farm

We needed a place to stay for four nights while visiting friends and family in the Palouse area, and discovered that we could stay at an alpaca farm in the North Idaho countryside, close to the beautiful Moscow Mountains. It turned out to be an absolutely idyllic location; warm, comfortable and private accommodations; and the kindest, friendliest hosts imaginable. PLUS! Alpacas! We felt very comfortable coming and going both early and late. We were made to feel completely welcome by the care and consideration our hosts gave us in providing clean and cozy bed and bath, and even a well-stocked kitchenette with snacks, coffee, and breakfast fare. The location is truly a little bit of heaven: we were there in late spring when all of the surrounding countryside was greening up; the weather was a combination of sun, clouds and rain; we were surrounded by stunning views; and we even got a few glimpses of some wildlife neighbors as we came and went. We were invited to arrange a private tour of the alpaca barn with the owner, and enjoyed it greatly. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, beautiful place to stay on the Idaho side of the Palouse.

Absolutely Awesome

Deb and Patch have an amazing property. It was everything I could have hoped for. I came out to move my daughter to WSU, and Deb and Patch’s place was the perfect distraction to get me through this “traumatic” life event. The room was clean and comfortable. The communication leading up to check-in was timely and very appreciated. The alpacas we just what doctor ordered. These animals are just the sweetest. I just wish I had more time to visit/hang with Deb and Patch they are warm and friendly, but the move-in event at WSU and everything associated with it made that difficult. Next time for sure! Their home/property is the first place I’ll look for when visiting my daughter at school as this was better than any hotel I could have looked for!
