1 bedroom /1 bathroom unit in triplex. 5 minute drive to Cape Coral yacht club, restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Close to Fort Myers downtown. Wifi, smart tv (no cable), kitchen, 1 car parking. Patio, laundry room, backyard (non gated). Note: Although I hope you do not see any during your stay, Palmetto bugs, a type of cockroach native to tropical climates like Florida, are a chronic problem for Florida homeowners and are impossible to eradicate. To keep them out of the house, I have the property professionally sprayed every two weeks and have a few bait traps placed in strategic areas. While this drastically reduces the chance of you seeing a Palmetto bug in the apartment, the chance of you seeing one is not zero.

So close to the beach!!

A great location as you can walk to downtown... just a couple blocks and there is a great Kava bar too!! The beach is only a couple miles and it has palm trees for shade.

Tatiana’s Triplex rocks!

This week I stayed in Tatiana’s middle unit. It is a cozy but roomy 1 bed 1 bath. Everything was clean and on point. Kitchen was well equipped. 10/10 recommend and would stay again. In fact, next week, I am in her 2 bed 2 bath unit on the end. I am looking forward to it.

Lonely place.

There was no help from the host. Nobody showed up for check in or check out. If I wouldn't had friends helping out there was no TV running the door lock was hard to work with. I,m 78 years old a I need help with the technik today.

Good for my short stay

It was clean and I appreciated the Keurig coffee maker. I did kill a cockroach in the bedroom which kind of freaked me out even knowing that this is normal in FL. A luggage rack and iron would be nice.

Great place to stay close to downtown with in walking distant

Very clean nice location quiet neighborhood. Bed was a little to hard for me but everything else was great I would stay there again******

Cape Coral Stay

We stayed 2 weeks at our VRBO. The host was very accommodating. Location was perfect for us, walking distance to restaurants/bars/groceries/shopping. No pool, but for us that worked as we were out exploring the majority of our time.

Air conditioning didn’t work

I arrived at around 7pm and the AC was at 79 (it was 76 outside) and wouldn’t turn on. I wound up booking a hotel instead and not even staying there. The owner did communicate and refunded me but refused to cancel it, causing me to make multiple calls to VRBO to get the sales tax and VRBO fees refunded....still dealing with it.

Birthday Get A Way

VRBO forgot to give me the code. It took several people before we were able to speak to a live person to help us enter then apt. Temp. dropped below 60 (No Heat). No contact phone no on the conformation information sheet.

Clean and well appointed flat centrally located to explore the area.

The apartment was clean and stocked with kitchen conveniences that made my stay very very easy. The hostess communicated well and I'm very pleased with the overall experience.

Well worth the money and very good location!

We picked this place based on cost, location and reviews. We weren’t disappointed. Place was clean and walkable to a ton of places. Felt safe here and the owner was super fast with responses.
