Property as pictured. House was stocked with paper products and soaps. Kitchen had plenty of cooking pots and pans for our needs used the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Cooler was filthy from previous user. Beautiful shower. Bed was alittle soft for me but that just my preference. We went out and bought new pillows. Easy access to get inside. Elmira was kind enough to give us a name and number of her endodontist. My husband needed a root canal. Also she and her husband came over to change a lightbulb. We didn’t have the tool to loosen the light fixture. All in all it was a good stay. Thank you Elvira

The house was very spacey, the beach accessories were really great and the kitchen was very well equipped. There wasn‘t much to do in the direct neighborhood but there were a couple grocery stores right by. It was a great location for day trips to the beaches etc.

The house was beautiful. It was perfect for us. We had our own rooms and bathrooms. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed for the stay. It was also conveniently located near several beaches. We loved the place!

Great price for entire house

Comfortable and clean home in a convenient location. Quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Price was great! House was spacious and roomy!

Prinzipiell eine schöne große Wohnung mit viel Potenzial und Platz für eine große Familie. Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und gut ausgestattet, aber an der Sauberkeit sollte gearbeitet werden (benutzte Ohrenstäbchen, dreckiger Boden und Ablagen). Außerdem ist die Kommunikation der Gastgeberin stark ausbaufähig, denn auf Nachfragen oder die geforderte Checkout-Nachricht kommt gar keine Antwort, was wirklich nicht höflich ist. Die Informationszettel als Willkommensnachricht sind zu überarbeiten, weil dort noch die anderen Checkout-Zeiten stehen, die auch etwas gastfreundlicher (11:00 Uhr), jetzt 10! Uhr, waren. 50 wegen 15 Minuten späterem Checkout, obwohl man auch erst 16 Uhr rein darf, ist sehr frech! Insgesamt eine Erfahrung, die man mit in Ordnung bewerten kann.

Nice clean place

It was clean and as described. They had a lot of the little things like soaps, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, first aid kit, k-cups, etc. Beds were comfy and place was clean. Would stay here again.

The property was even better than stated. All of the amenities were there plus more that we didn’t expect. Beach towels for the beach. Extra blankets and everything from kitchen seasonings, picnic baskets etc were all on the property. Perfect stay!!

This property is spotless. I would only offer my guests the same I would like being offered to me. I am in the medical field and love cleanliness and for my guest to feel they have everything they need and I mean everything my houses are full stock with toiletries, coffee, Kurig you name it we have it there waiting for you.

The house is centrally located, the most beautiful neighborhood with so much to do and see. The property is close to beaches, restaurants, and two Marinas, gulf courses and so much more.
