Cute studio with small kitchen, washer/dryer, a/c and smart tv. 5 minute drive to Cape Coral yacht club, restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Close to Fort Myers downtown. Wifi, smart tv (no cable), kitchen, 1 car parking. Linens, pillows, basic kitchen items are provided, and the grocery store its super close to the house.

Great place for quick weekend stay

The place is small but just what we needed. Close enough to stuff to walk. Bed was comfortable. Good value.

Great accommodations and location

Best part of the bungalow was the additional items there fir guests, from silverware to towels to washer, it was really appreciated!

No issues. Has what you need for a stay. Perfect for a couple days. As long as you don't plan on staying in too much. Gets a bit claustrophobic after a while. Showers designed much more for looks, than practical functionality.

Great Place

Great place to stay , grocery store is less than a 10 minute walk . Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Beach is 25 minutes away .

Cape Coral stay

This place was cute and perfect for just me. Had everything you might need with a small fridge and stove. The only thing that wasn’t the greatest was its a triplex and could hear the tv and sometimes the people talking next door.

Short vacation

My girlfriend and I stayed here for four days and had a great time. The studio was very clean and supplied with about everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great landing spot

We came to Cape Coral to visit family and friends nearby. This studio was clean with all the amenities we needed. The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. We even had a small washer and dryer. Would recommend as the price was very fair too.

It was small, but definitely worked for what I needed since I was only in town for a short time. Very clean, and nice shower.

Nice Place

Very clean and sufficient place for our stay. It is small, but was all we needed for our two nights. We felt safe in the area and check in and out was easy. Contact and communication with host was prompt and property pictures were accurate.

Love It!!!

This is the best! It has everything needed for your stay!! And your very own parking spot! Walking to everything within a short walk... Winn Dixie, Rib Pleace, Ice SCREAMMM, and Dixie Country Line Dance Place. No need for an Uber here.

Hidden Gem!

This little studio is a part of triplex and is just as advertised. It was perfect for my solo needs and the little kitchenette was amazing. Highly recommended. In fact so much, I am booked in the other two units the following two weeks.

Studio stay

Studio was very clean and tastefully decorated. Bed was perfect for me. My husband thought it was to soft. Yes, we would stay again. Small but since we were there short time and gone all day it was perfect and reasonably priced.
