Interaction with Guests:
- If you face troubles during your stay accessing the compound gates, amenities, finding the lock box or unit, maintenance request or any other issue or questions, we (your hosts) are your FIRST & ONLY point of contact.

- AC / Heat to be controlled via Auto thermostats

- Trash bags are available under the sink. Please empty the trash and drop it in the trash bin by the apartment door. Trash Valet is available between 8 AM and 8:30 AM

- TV channels can be watched via SLING app:

- All dirty towels to be dropped at the Laundry basket prior to your checkout.

- Upon your checkout, key to be returned to the assigned lockbox where it was picked up from (USD 100 fee for losing parking transponder)

- No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stay

- Do not have more guest than stated in your reservation. Extra guest fee will be applied accordingly

- No Loud music & certainly NO SMOKING

- No disturbance, especially noise past 10pm

- Please note that we are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or in or around the pool. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a handling & shipping fee for returning requested items to you.
