Welcome to SoCal Investment and Realty, we offer a variety of properties in Orange County from Fountain Valley, Westminster, Santa Ana, and Buena Park. (Photos: property at Brookhurst St/ Bolsa Ave). Immerse yourself in the spirit and comfort of Southern California from the moment you step inside our one-of-a-kind luxurious single-family house. Located within miles of the original Disneyland Park, and the beach. Here, as in SoCal itself, dreams can become reality.

***Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure the safety of everyone.

**Our property is pet-friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max.

Please do not block the sidewalk to AVOID receiving a ticket.

Very basic

Master bedroom did not have a bathroom attached, no bedding for the sofa bed, towels were very worn, not enough dishes and bath towels for the stated occupancy level. Rooms were clean, but all very basic. Game room was nice to have.

Know before you go

Not going to add a lot of fluff here. The property met the goal - it was central to our local activities for a large family of 8 - gave us a place to sleep and shower, didn’t do much hanging out there. Make sure to ask the exact address before booking - the house is right next to a major thoroughfare. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean but the furniture was worn out and the kitchen was minimally equipped to cook for as large of a house as it is. If you’re looking to sleep a bunch of people - it was great but not properly a place I’d hang out at all day especially since the host isn’t open to the guest having a gathering at the property.

Wedding Weekend

Property accommodated our whole family and some friends and was centrally located to all the wedding events.Updated kitchen and baths. Comfy beds and open common areas. We had some intense games of ping pong.

Good Place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at (host's name) place. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was ideal, close to many attractions and public transport. (Host's name) was very friendly and helpful, giving us great tips and recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!
