Take a break by the beach at this tropical-themed, third-floor condo in Ocean City! Located just steps from the ocean and close to some of the area's most popular attractions, this vacation rental boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen for brewing up your morning coffee or preparing favorite family meals, a dining table for four, and a cozy living area with a streaming-capable TV for movie nights. Additional features and amenities include central air conditioning, complimentary internet access, a private washer/dryer, and a furnished outdoor seating area on the balcony.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved the location and clean. Condo had everything we needed. WiFi good. Updates needed for more comfy living room seating area. Mattresses just ok and outside doors need some repairs including screen door and dead bolt.

Cute little spot

This little condo was perfect for what we needed. Location was great and had everything we could possibly need. Definitely outdated, but was made up by its cleanliness. Would definitely recommend booking, and we will probably do so again next year

Convenient location to what I was in town for.

Easy check-in and check-out process. However, I never received an answer to my inquiry on whether I could check-in early and check-out later. Also found that the trash was not taken out and the cover to the AC vent on the ceiling, in the kitchen area, was off.

Close to the beach

Condo was clean and cute. Furniture was in good condition. Beds were ok. Not so great: washing machine didn’t work. I didn’t try the dryer. Faucet in kitchen dripped unless you forced it to close. Lots of water being wasted. Overall though was a place id stay again as long as the washer gets fixed!

As soon as I tried to walk in the door the storm door was barely hanging on the tv was leaning in a upward position tied to the wall lamp was totally broke off the base the drain in the tub was clogged so it didn’t drain all the way! I just had foot surgery so I had to keep my one leg out of the tub and after letting them know it took 2 days for them to fix it and that’s only after I called them a second time!!

The condo was superficially clean but when you opened the cabinets, they were dirty inside. Also, an electrical outlet had no cover. It was right up against the bed and it was a fire hazard. The front blinds were broken. It seemed like the renovations were half done. The location and price was good and we spent the entire time on the beach anyway.

Close to the beach.

Overall we loved it here. There were a few things that were off putting. There was dirty laundry in the washer when we arrived. Not a huge issue I just ran the laundry with the one pod available. But the drier barely worked so that was an issue. A few of the outlets didn’t have covers and one sparked when I went to use it. Which can be a fire hazard. And last in the room I for it stated no sand in the home. Which is logical. But the information said to use the outside shower with the key… there’s no key. No information on the key nothing. No directions on even working the shower. Also the neighbors did not read about the strictly enforced noise ordinance that was not in fact enforced. Overall a decent stay.

Issues with Unit

The unit didn't not appear to have been cleaned. The beds were messy and dirty, a few towels and no washclothes, skum in the kitchen sink, etc. Called Vacasa and a cleaning crew arrived pretty quickly but were delayed getting settled. Smoke detector and ceiling vent were not attached. The vent was on the kitchen floor with duct tape around it and the smoke detector was sitting on the dresser. We waited (as we were asked to do) until 3:30 the next afternoon and no one ever showed. We lost another day of our trip! Ruined our entire mood and caused my husband with Parkinsons to become confused. Left the next day disgusted. Will never book with Vacasa again.

Great stay

The rental property was well maintained and the perfect size for all of us. Three teens and two adults stayed there comfortably. The rental company provided towels and sheets which made life easier. We will definitely be staying there again.

Completely adored this condo!

I have never ever used VRBO, or booked anywhere other than directly with a hotel, but my experience was amazing. I was searching for availability at the last minutes and wasn’t expecting much. I wanted a nice place for me and my three older/teenage children on a budget on ocean side and not too far of a drive from the boardwalk. This condo was close to everything, the photos were exact- no misleading pictures or details. The condo was extremely clean, and even had fresh towels, sheets, and toiletries/cleaning supplies available for use like you would only expect at in upscale hotel. I’m already checking to see when I can get to the ocean again, and I plan on booking this condo. Great experience!! I’m so grateful it worked out so wonderfully.

Loved the old school furniture set up and the dishwasher was a plus . Was in walking distance to beach . Shared /public balcony. Had to log in to personalTV /Video app account via a guest login that automated on TV .in walking distance to food and fun in Mid town.
