If you are looking to be close to all the attractions such as the boardwalk, but don't want to deal with the congestion and noise of downtown, this 1 BR 1 BA is the unit for you! From here you will have a short walk to the beach, the north end of the boardwalk and the kids favorite, Jolly Roger Amusement Park. There is a miniature golf course at the end of the street too! There are some great restaurants in walking distance to such as Pit & Pub, Buxy's and Dry Dock 28 to name a few.

You'll love the peaceful evenings of sitting on the back patio that looks out over the large canal or maybe an evening swim the pool. The pool is only a few feet away from the front door and the upstairs balcony makes the gives the perfect vantage point to keep an eye on the kids! Inside, there is full kitchen that is ready to help you make those costs savings meals. Upstairs in the loft, there is a queen size bed along with a full bath. Other sleeping accommodations include a queen size sleeper sofa, a chair that converts into twin bed along with a twin folding cot. There is a washer and dryer along with free Wi-Fi.

So come and relax, leave your car parked and come make some Ocean City memories with us!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is a 2-story townhome.
* Easy access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 28th street.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. And an additional guest spot is available in the open lot.
* The pier is not available for docking boats, jet skis, etc.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 5 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Great location with easy access costal highway. If you want to drive or walk this is a good place to stay. Owner very easy to get in touch with and very helpful. This is our 2 time staying here and we will be back.

We were here for Oceans Calling Festival. Great location, quiet, and private. It is a loft condo so best for a couple or a family. Kitchen well stocked with essential cookware, utensils, etc. Very nice to have washer/dryer in unit. Overall clean and very cozy place to land each day. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great location & relaxing. 2nd floor deck overlooks pool and 2nd deck is on water canal. Double bed, foldouble double, double sleeper sofa and 2 single sleepers. Bring TP toiletries coffee & pam. Headboard not attached & hits wall every time you move. Loved and will be back for longer stay.

Great stay!

Close enough to the main strip and boardwalk, yet just far enough for privacy and time away from the hustle and bustle. We could've easily walked to the shops and beach, if we felt the desire to do so. It was a great location and we enjoyed the pool for a more relaxing and less hectic swim.

Perfect spot for myself and my two kids 10 and 12. Close to great food, beach, and the pool all with k. Walking distance. We enjoyed meals on the back deck with a great view of the canals

Clean, great location!

I've been coming to OCMD annually since infancy, and we stay around 28th every time. Finding this condo was like a gold mine! Clean, right at our usual location, nice pool, right on the bay. We loved our stay!

Wonderful!

We had a great stay! The townhouse was in a quiet area but within a short walking distance to many attractions including an amusement/water park. The kids loved the swimming pool! The back deck was a nice, quiet spot to have morning coffee. We would definitely stay here again!
