WIFI speed > 500 mbps. Off road parking. Less than 1/2 mile to Pinellas Trail: old train bed converted into walking/biking trail connecting entire county (walking, biking). Less than 1/2 mile to Blue Jays Stadium. 1.5 miles from downtown Dunedin: Main Street town, tourist destination (shopping, dining). 2.4 miles to LifeWorks Wellness Center. Within 2 miles of Clearwater Beach Causeway: causeway out to island where Clearwater Beach is. Location is residential and quiet. Real Florida experience. $50 one time pet fee.

The host was wonderful. Felt right at home from the first minute. Home is cozy and perfect home away from home for my dog and I! I will recommend this strongly and will stay again if ever needed!!

Great place to stay

The stay was wonderful. They had all the necessary supplies anyone would need. They were helpful in telling us about places to dine I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who was looking for a place near the beach

Great stay In Quiet neighborhood

Everything was as advertised. Nice secluded little house and clean. Ronald greeted us and was very informative. If you’re looking for a low pace and a quiet stay, this is the place. We loved our time there.

Conveniently located

Best location for quick access to ever where without the traffic noise. Roomy bungalow and fenced yard for my dogs. Nice new kitchen and bathroom. Fabulous shower.

Great apartment!

This is truly a home away from home! Comfortable, especially the bed, nicely decorated with everything you need Close to public transportation and by car, it's all minutes away. Very quiet neighborhood. great hosts, very helpful. Would definately stay again.

Perfect space, wonderful hosts

I absolutely loved staying here and I was sad to leave. The kitchen is full stocked and has everything you need to cook a meal. The space if beautifully decorated and super cozy. Hosts were friendly and helpful, just kind souls. Highly recommend! Five stars!

Perfect for us

Space was very clean with modern, updated kitchen and bath using great tile and delightful, original artwork to compliment the very nice decor. Host was engaging and helpful, great experience!

Clearwater Winter 2025

The bungalow is perfect for a couple or a couple with 1 or 2 small children. It’s conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to the Pinellas Trail, Clearwater Beach, Phillies spring training/stadium, Toronto Blue Jays spring training/stadium, Downtown Dunedin, Dunedin Causeway, and Honeymoon State Park/beaches.The bungalow was nicely decorated and has everything you need for an extended stay. There was also a nice starter supply of paper products.We would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful ocean themed decor. A full kitchen with a gas stove. Cute little outside area with tropical plants and plenty of privacy. Full sized washer dryer work great. Property owners are friendly and helpful. They live on sight, so they are very responsive. They have written instructions for everything in several different places. The living room couches are very comfortable, and there is a large modern TV with Roku so you can watch your favorite streaming services. We were there for 5 weeks and we really enjoyed our stay.

Cute bungalow just right for two

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The full kitchen was a plus. We did buy a small grill so we could BBQ. We left it for the next guests. Our hosts, Leighbeth and Ronald were mindful of our privacy and accommodating to our questions. The neighborhood is close to the Pinellas trail which was walkable to the lovely town of Dunedin and all amenities. We would have liked a little more outdoor space but truthfully we weren’t there too much. This rental was well worth the cost.

I had a pleasant stay. Host was very kind, loved my dogs and made me feel at home. Loved the size of rooms. Great TV. Nice furniture and bed. Great bathroom and lots of space for my stuff. She had everything to start with: toilet paper, paper towels. Etc. my dogs loved it. Nice tile floors very dog friendly!! I would stay again. Close to Dunedin and Safety harbor & bike trails
