Lovely House - excellent location

The house is well laid out and well-stocked. The roof-top terrace is great with good privacy and great views, Lovely, quiet location less than 10 mins walk to the beach

A great stay , in a good location .

The townhouse was very clean, but quite basic furnishing . The bathrooms were great and the kitchen was small but worked well . We had everything we needed. It was bigger than I thought it was going to be. The owner Bianca was super to deal with and was extremely helpful . Great location . We very much enjoyed our stay thank you .

10/10 stay!

Bianca was a great host and was always available to help. The villa was PERFECT and had everything and more. A/C in every room, great views of the ocean, loads of sitting areas and a lovely roof solarium. I have stayed in 5/6 different villas in this exact area and this is my favourite. Would 100% visit again!

Excelente casa para férias

A casa fica localizada no aldeamento de Vale do Lobo, um local muito calmo e próximo da praia (10 min a pé). A casa está muito bem equipada, com tudo o que é necessário para uma casa de férias. Muito boas área exteriores. Apenas um reparo, tem um frigorífico pequeno.

Vale do Lobo - ein großes Touristenresort

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen in den Herbstferien im Haus von Bianca. Es befindet sich in Vale do Lobo, einem großen Golferparadies in Almancil (15 Minuten vom Flughafen mit dem Auto). Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und die Lage wunderschön. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Von der Rooftop Terrasse aus hat man einen grandiosen Blick. Das Haus von Bianca gehört zu einer kleinen Siedlung, die wahrscheinlich zu den ersten Häusern gehören, die in Vale do Lobo gebaut wurden. Die Siedlung ist umgeben von riesigen Villen. Es sind definitiv viele sehr wohlhabende Menschen die hier Ferien machen. Das Sushi Restaurant „Well“ und das U&Co. waren gut. Blöd hingegen war, dass der Pool in Biancas Inserat aufgrund Corona geschlossen war und der große Pool, unten beim Strand, extra bezahlt werden musste. Für uns als vierköpfige Familie waren das pro Besuch über 40 Euro. Man hätte bei der Rezeption eine Memberkarte kaufen können, um die Angebote von Vale do Lobo nutzen zu können. Das wäre dann aber für uns alle vier 60 Euro pro Person und pro Woche gewesen. Bianca hat uns den Kontakt zum „Ownersclub“ vermittelt. Der Herr hat uns dann aber abgeraten, da es sich nicht gelohnt hätte. Wie verbrachten aber auf jeden Fall schöne Ferien und können das Haus von Bianca empfehlen.

Estadia agradável, ideal para curto prazo, limpeza pode ser melhorada

A Bianca, gestora do anúncio, é muito educada e atenciosa, respondendo rapidamente. A propriedade é bem localizada, possui cozinha completa (porém com frigorífico pequeno), com bons terraços e bela vista no terraço no alto da casa. Propriedade tinha recebido obras recentes e teve pequenas complicações decorrentes disso (antenas desligadas de televisão e TV a cabo/satélite, armários com portas empenadas pela pintura recente). Não gostamos muito da limpeza, terceirizada: - em uma das camas foi colocada roupa de cama nova, tirado diretamente do pacote para a cama, sem ser lavada antes de serem colocadas na cama - estavam duras, desconfortáveis; - colchas de cama estavam sujas à chegada e não foram trocadas entre limpezas, permanecendo as mesmas; - não foi deixado acesso a toalhas de banho adicionais, nem panos de prato; - um dos sofás apresenta cheiro a gato; - não deixaram panos de limpeza, nem sacos de lixo.

Collectively as a group we were blown away on arrival at the villa.

We can’t do anything but sing praises for the host Bianca. She really pulled out all the stops in making sure everything was perfect. With easy check in at reception just 5 mins walk from the house, a bottle of wine and a little card on arrival. It felt like home. We were blown away by the house as the photos really don’t do it justice. It has the most spectacular terrace which you can watch the sea set over the sea. The location is AMAZING, with the Praça, a small little group of shops and restaurants just 5 mins walk down hill. The beach the same as well and the supermarket just a 5 min Uber up the road. The house is in a very quiet little neighborhood, full of families. Would most definitely recommend this place to all who want a great stay in Portugal.
