Exceptional Location in Grace Bay!
Sleeps 1–4 guests comfortably (pull-out couch available for a 5th guest at additional cost)

Welcome to your private retreat in the heart of Grace Bay! This cozy and charming villa is perfect for couples, small families, or a group of friends looking to relax and enjoy all that Providenciales has to offer. While we can accommodate up to 5 guests, the space is best suited for groups of 4 or fewer to ensure maximum comfort. We do not allow any type of parties.

We’re ideally located within walking distance (approximately 15 minutes) or a quick 2-minute drive to the world-famous Grace Bay Beach, as well as top-rated restaurants, shopping, and the local supermarket.

You’ll have your private side of our duplex villa, including:
• A screened-in dining porch
• A private pool area complete with your own lounge chairs, outdoor dining table, and BBQ grill

We live on the property but fully respect our guests’ privacy—we do not use the pool area during your stay.

Villa Features:

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was exactly as represented in the photos—beautiful and thoughtfully appointed. There were so many little extras that made our time at the beach even more enjoyable, including beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkels, fins, and everything we needed to head out and enjoy the incredible turquoise water.The owner lives on the property and was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful, while also being completely respectful of our space and privacy. It was the perfect balance of knowing someone was nearby if we needed anything while still feeling like the home was entirely our own.When we initially booked, we thought we might do quite a bit of walking to the beach and nearby restaurants, even though the listing recommended a car rental. While the home is close to the beach as represented, there isn’t a direct walking path through the neighborhood, so the actual walk requires going around and is a little farther than we anticipated. We ended up securing a rental car and would recommend having one during your stay, especially if you plan to explore the island.

Fay is a lovely host and very welcoming. She respects privacy yet is fairly responsive to messages. The accommodations and amenities are reasonably well maintained and she has thought of most things one would want. We’d recommend renting a car as it’s a fair walk to the beach carrying all the “ things”. Great location with grocery store, beaches, and restaurants close by.

Great place to stay

Spent a lovely few nights in this delightful spot. The location was perfect for us, close to shops and restaurants. Fay is a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

The accommodations were very accurate with listing. The place suited our needs perfectly, family of 4. 2 bathrooms was key with 2 young adults traveling w/. Location was great, not a far walk to beach, nice neighborhood, lush surroundings, had all essentials for beach. Interior was spacious, cozy, all necessary kitchen utensils, bedrooms and baths comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the privacy of the back area with a small pool, plenty of relaxing area in the morning with coffee and evening after the beach. We took advantage of the use of the grill as we did a lot of indoor meals. Fay was very pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend.

Fay was an amazing host. Very responsive and easy to work with. We walked to most places- restaurants and the beach. We felt very safe and comfortable everywhere. Fay provided a little extras that were very helpful - beach chairs, towels and a good sized cooler. Plenty of space for my husband, myself and 3 college aged children. Really hope to come back one day and for sure would stay at this house again.

Fay, is an amazing host. The entire process was very easy and when we needed to extend our stay last minute Fay made it effortless. The villa is very nice and extremely comfortable and clean as well as really convenient to everything you could want. We all felt super safe and at home. We (My friends and I) really enjoyed our vacation in Turks and Caicos. Your home was wonderful--easily accessible to Grace Bay beach, restaurants, and other activities. We especially enjoyed our time at the pool.

Good Location and private area.

Location was nice as it was about a 14 min walk to the beach and 20 min to shopping. It was really clean and the host was awesome with communication making sure everything was going well. They let us keep our suitcases there until pick up, which was great!

Lovely and comfortable villa!

We really enjoyed the pool, which was well maintained. The AC was fine, we grilled a lot outside, and the place was clean and well appointed. It was very close to Grace Bay beach which is just glorious. Thank you Fay for your hospitality.

Perfect! Ms. Fay was an excellent host . The rental was unbelievably gorgeous and the pool in the back was splendid just the perfect size to relax and get some sun or enjoy a nice little swim. I would definently recommend the Fleur de Mer Villa Gracebay!
