The 1600 sq ft, one-story bright and sunny home located on a private road boasts; soaring ceilings in the living areas with a beautiful natural-gas, stone/brick fireplace. This home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and up-to-date interior. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with all electric appliances. This venue offers guests pure enjoyment throughout the inside and outside of this waterfront treasure. The attached garage is available for one vehicle. In addition to the beauty and recreation you’ll find lakeside, this home is one mile from the center of the hamlet of Honeoye, and 20 minutes from multiple wineries, restaurants, and craft breweries.

This special lakefront spot is quiet and private. It is NOT a shared location. The water is clean and warm for swimming. The view is unprecedented! The outside space is spacious, private and conducive for relaxing and yard games. It is located close to town, with town water.
