Cozy Clark Cottage brings relaxed waterfront living to the shores of Honeoye Lake. With 50 feet of private lake frontage, water toys, a fire pit, and a hot tub, the property is well suited for days on the water and quiet evenings outdoors.



Inside, knotty pine ceilings create a warm cottage atmosphere, while the fully equipped kitchen makes shared meals simple. The home offers three bedrooms, including a king primary bedroom and a newly finished bunkhouse in the detached garage with a king bed and sleeper sofa.



Up to two dogs are welcome with the applicable pet fee. Guests must promptly collect and dispose of pet waste; failure to do so may result in a $100 charge.



Vibe Short Term Rental Management is available 24/7 through the booking platform or the contact information provided with your reservation. For emergencies requiring assistance, our team will respond as quickly as possible.

Lovely cottage on a lovely spot on Honeoye Lake; access to the lake was perfect. We also enjoyed the fire pit one evening. A few maintenance items need to be addressed, but besides that, we really enjoyed our stay!Window locks on the screened patio didn't all work properly, or on the sliding glass door to the patio. We couldn't get the dish washer started - we addressed this & they communicated right away to get someone there to repair but we opted to wait until our stay was over.

Home was as advertised! Kitchen well stocked, beautiful view and very clean! Wife and I enjoyed it very much and its a home we placed on list we would return to.

Beautiful Home

We had an amazing stay at the cottage. The management team address the maintenance issue we had with amazing speed. They were so friendly and polite and understanding. We will return to the cottage again. We are looking at making this a yearly visit.

Lovely Property

We came for Valentine’s day weekend (4 people all together) and it was the perfect size house! It was cozy, with gorgeous views. Definitely bring a 4-wheel drive car if coming in the winter because the driveway is a hill! We would love to stay here again!

Clean, cozy cottage with breathtaking lake views

Our stay at this charming lake cottage was exactly what we needed for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless everything was. The cottage was exceptionally clean, well cared for, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our stay. One of the standout features was the king bed—it was incredibly comfortable and made for some of the best sleep we've had while traveling. Waking up each morning feeling refreshed and then looking out at the gorgeous lake views was the perfect way to start the day. The scenery was absolutely stunning, whether we were enjoying coffee on the porch, watching the sunlight sparkle on the water, or taking in the beautiful sunsets each evening. Two other favorites were the bunk nook and the paddleboards provided. The atmosphere was quiet, peaceful, and wonderfully relaxing. It was the ideal place to unwind after a week with family. If you're looking for a clean, cozy cottage with breathtaking lake views and a calm, restful setting, this is an excellent choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are hoping to return for another visit.

Clean place. It was single digits in Feb when we went so the heat had a hard time keeping up (expected). Could use a few more warm blankets. Recommended.

The lakefront property itself is wonderful (we loved the big yard and dock for our boat). The neighborhood was quiet. The house was mostly great, but we ran into several unresolved issues during our stay. Most importantly, the roof leaked in one of the bedrooms, requiring us to move the bed to keep it dry and causing a slip hazard for the people staying in it. This began early in the week, and I made them aware immediately. Renters sign an agreement before staying here that indicates 24/7 maintenance availability that specifically mentions leaks, though no one ever came to look at the leak, nor did they provide us a tarp after several requests. It was a very wet week, so it was an ongoing issue. We didn’t feel comfortable moving to the garage bedroom with stormy nights and a lack of bathroom out there, so there is as an ongoing slip hazard. This property also doesn’t supply the propane for the grill, so if you happen to get there while it’s empty, it’s on you to get a refill. You could get lucky and benefit from the last person doing so, but beware that the grill may not be in order for you when you arrive.

A reported leak and slip hazard required an urgent onsite response, and our handling of the situation fell short of the maintenance support we promise guests. We’re reviewing what happened with our team and addressing the roof, water damage, safety concerns, and communication process. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the grill’s propane policy.

Idyllic Autumn Retreat

The cabin was so beautiful. My six year old son was obsessed with the little nook bedroom. It was lovely waking up each morning with the view of the lake. Really enjoyed the real fireplace which we used with no issue. The kitchen was well stocked. The timing of our visit (early October) was very lovely as the leaves were starting to turn and the side of the lake we were on was so quiet. It was a very restful stay indeed!

Holiday at Honeoye Lake

We stayed at this cottage to be closer to family for Thanksgiving. It has so much character and is nicely furnished. Nice kitchen and new appliances. Our 13 year old loved the loft bedroom. Lots of grassy area to walk our dog. Beautiful views of lake!

The property is quite lovely-clean, well cared for, and arranged to comfortably accommodate our group of 7. The evenings and mornings were comfortably cool allowing us to use the outside space. The lake water quality was very poor with masses of grasses and algae along the shore. While the kayaks, canoes, paddeboards were fun you had to avoid water contact.

Plenty of windows, excellent lake frontage. We came for my birthday weekend. There are 2 bedrooms and a "loft" bed in the dining room. 1 full bath and 1 half bath. Outside there is a room with couch and tv for extra people, but no bathroom. Kitchen was very well appointed. Kayaks and canoes were available to use as well! They sealed the road the day before we arrived making getting in and out a pain, as well as deliveries. The only things I'd change are: putting a tv in the living room, a dresser in the lake view room and lamps that are easier managed when items are on the table. All in all its our favorite place we've stayed yet and we are already talking about coming back. The 10am checkouts though is a hinder to a great weekend. The owners have a WONDERFUL home!

This place was awesome! Our party of six fit so well in this cottage. Besides the amazing views, there were kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, and a hot tub we never even had a chance to hop in… there was also a hammock, chairs under a covered deck, and lots of puzzles for down time. Everything I needed in the kitchen was available, and appreciated, because I always forget something at home. Finally, I loved that there were nightlights and throw blankets EVERYWHERE!! We would definitely rent this place again!
