Lovely property in a mediocre location.The apartment is lovely and well maintained.The neighborhood is ok.It is a first floor apartment with someone living above it. You will hear them talking and moving around. It wasn't an issue until our last night when they were up until 4 AM before proceeding to do what people stay up until 4AM to do.

Watervliet New Year1

The ‘A’ first floor apartment was clean, roomy & warm. Both bedrooms were comfortable and many extra blankets & throws were provided. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking except for a teapot. Having spices & condiments available were a nice perk. The two main beds were comfortable & easy for sleeping. My only ask for the beds would be upgraded sheets as they kept coming off the mattress at night. We had plenty of linens & enjoyed the hot tub too. Price Chopper grocery is walking distance which was very convenient. Very comfortable and mostly quiet neighborhood. Thank you!!!

Comfortable house

Beautiful house with all the amenities on site. The kids had a wonderful time in the backyard. Very comfortable place. Will recommend.

Great apartment in great location

Close to many things in the area including Troy and Albany. Apartment is very clean and everything was in working order. Extras include a nice hot tub and pool table outside.

Weekend Stay

My husband and I rented this property as we were getting married close by. The rental was adorable and very clean! I'd recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay close to Troy without wanting to be downtown.

Great place!

House was just as described. Very cute, great location, incredibly clean! I was very impressed with how well thought out it was from the decoration to the necessities in case we forgot anything. The outdoor area is perfect for family to gather. We had a great time here and I would stay there again!

Nice stay

I hosted a little graduation get together with friends and family. It was a lovely apartment, we all commented we would love to live there. I was worried it would be too cramped of a space but there was plenty of seating in the backyard and living room and two nice bedrooms. The hot tub, fire pit, and pool table were great activities, as well as cornhole and grilling. The other neighbors were visible from the yard but there was a decent amount of privacy with the tents. Only problems were the pool table was not on level ground and half the cornhole bags had holes. Other than that, great affordable stay for two nights.

Simply Lovely

When we walked in I immediately said I would live here. It was beautiful! We used the hot tub in 20 degree weather and you couldn’t tell it was that cold out. It was just perfect! Love this home and would definitely stay here again.

Weekend visit

The location was great for visiting family in the area. The house was clean and had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. There was some noise coming from upstairs tenant but not during overnight hours. We will use this space again if available.

It was a beautiful apartment that had everything included , it was a perfect night to have rented .

Hot tub, pool table and fire pit were awesome, it smelled great walking into a fresh fall scent. Beautiful set up and directions on how to use everything. The house manager was very quick with replies. And would 100% rent again

Exactly what the pictures depict. Clean, arranged nicely and the hot tub was perfect. Ronie was exceptional regarding communication. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. Added bonuses: short drive away from Lake George, Saratoga Springs and Albany...oh and the Hot Tub :)

Amazing sisters getaway

Me and my sisters were planning a weekend trip away, and came across this apartment. It was more than we could have dreamed of! So clean, organized, and welcoming. The backyard was an oasis with the hot tub and firepit. They even had tons of games and fun things to do. Ronnie was the sweetest and very easy to communicate with. We all look forward to coming back!
