Spacious, immaculate, and family-friendly—this Albany retreat is perfect for families, friends, or groups. The fully private unit spans a full floor, basement, and backyard of a 2-family home, with fast 1000MB WiFi, 75” Smart TV, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Kids and toddlers are welcome with a crib, changing table, bunk bed, and fenced backyard playset. Enjoy outdoor fun with a heated firepit table, 120” projector for movie nights, grill, and a stroll or jog to Buckingham Pond, featuring a play area perfect for picnics and family time.

Each bedroom has mini-split AC, and the basement includes fitness equipment, washer/dryer, and a work desk with printer. Driveway parking for up to four cars.

The location was GREAT...The house was perfect!!Everything was as advertised and the owner were very responsive!!. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is visiting the area and wants to stay in a BEAUTIFUL house.Wish I could give it more than 5 STARS!!

We booked this as a one night stop on our way up North and it was such a great experience. It was spacious and comfortable. Very well lit. Very clean. The amenities were great! The back deck was the perfect unwind from a long trip. My 6 yo loved the swingset. The hosts included a lot of really sweet and thoughtful touches. Kids books and magazines in the bunk bed room. Books and puzzles and decks of cards in the living room. A piano which my kids were obsessed with. Free use of streaming services. 10/10 recommend if you’re going to be in Albany.

Hello! I’m an Albany (aka Smalbany) native & host just a few houses down from where I grew up—this neighborhood is full of memories & means a lot to me. Albany’s given me so much, so I try to pay it forward by volunteering w. a few local nonprofits that target inner-city kids, while also working in the public health field.

Although I've always lived in Albany, I love exploring new places & learning about different locations' cultures & history.
