This 150 m2 villa is a part of Old Stone House Tivat Villas I&II. It consists of two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished w/ queen size bed, and a sofa bed. The other bedroom is furnished w/ two queen beds. Living room is equppied with sofa bed for one person. Dinning table and kitchen with all neccessary amenities, and a toilet with bath tub. Outside guests can enjoy the patio and terrace with big dinning table. Beside that Villa offers private pool. Unit offers fully equipped rooms, and an authentic interior and exterior adapted to the site. As much attention is paid to decoration details, also as much has been invested in furnishing the apartment, so that guests feel comfortable during their stay, with all the necessary things. Enjoy complete privacy and sea view in this authentic rustic property, just a few kilometers away from the beach. Book now.

This is a unique chanse to enjoy in luxury rustic villa in untouched nature.Gornja Lastva is an old, authentic Boka village that has located on the Vrmac hill above Tivat for centuries. Stone as the basic building material and Mediterranean plants in which the settlement is hidden, reflect the recognizable Mediterranean ambience. An ambience that has not been disturbed by modern construction for many years. They preserved the authenticity of the traditional way of building.
