Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

Overall, a great condo and place to stay. The only thing that would make it better is if beach towels, toys, etc. were provided. Purchasing these items and then throwing them away after a week, if you travel by air, feels wasteful.

Beautiful clean unit and could not ask for a better view of the Gulf. Access to the pool and beach are unmatched at the Adagio. And I was pleasantly surprised with elevator access making arrival and departure that much easier. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed! We hope to rent this exact unit again in the future!

We had an issue with a tub draining but it was taken care of immediately. This unit definitely needs a new ironing board and different drapes. Can't open or close drapes without tugging. Had to use a hair clip to keep master drapes closed at night.We would definitely feel lucky to stay again.

Our week at Adagio was wonderful. The property is beautiful and clean. The condo had everything we needed and was also very clean & comfortable. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and I was very pleased with the care that is taken with this property and condo.

This condo was by far the best kept place we've ever stayed on 30A. Having some of the basics in place made it even better (hand soap, dishwasher pods, etc.) The grounds were always very clean and having multiple pools plus the beach right there took it to the top of our list. Sadly we aren't coming to 30A next summer, but we are already planning our return in 2027.

We had zero issues during our stay. Walking distance to several restaurants and a health food store. Our favorite restaurant is Goatfeathers. Relax on the pristine beach or take a short drive to many shopping areas, food trucks, or even fishing guides. Can’t wait to return next year!

June 2023 Stay

This condo is absolutely amazing. If you have kids this is a great place for you. This condo gives you a resort type feel and everything is so easy to access. There are two main reasons I chose this condo for our family vacation. First I only book my vacations with “Your Friend At The Beach” they are simply the best. Second, all the updating this condo provides with great color selections on the walls and trim, beautiful quartz countertops and many more. It’s definitely worth the money to stay here. That old saying “ you get what you paid for” is so true describing this beautiful place. The view from the balcony is just breathtaking to look out over the Gulf. We will be back again!!!

Beautiful rental/does not get better than this.

Everything was exactly as stated and then some. The property is very nice - nicely decorated with what appears to be new furniture - decor etc. Location was perfect. Right by stairs to beach. Loved being right above the pool. Kids could swim and we could watch from balcony. Also had the luxury of being close to the larger pool. The ability to see the gulf and sunrises/sunsets from the balcony was exactly as we were hoping for. Morning coffee and evening convos on the balcony made it very relaxing. The communication with the rental company was above and beyond. Been to a lot of VRBOd and none of them had this. When we were out of anything they brought it right over. Even brought us a new vacuum cleaner! Hoping to rent with Adagio next summer!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nancy was very helpful from the start. She allowed me to text her my payment information directly to her phone to add to my rental. She answered all my questions through text also. The property, Adagio is gorgeous!! The condo was amazing, beautiful, clean and well equipped and much bigger inside than I anticipated. The only downside is how hot it is waiting for an elevator next to the air conditioning units that are blowing out the hot air but I would take that any day for all the positives there are. I’m hoping to come back again!!!! Book for your with YFAB and stay at Adagio!! You won’t be disappointed.

Beach vacay

We absolutely loved the location of the property! The beach was gorgeous and the pools were a nice option. The condo was nicely decorated and was well stocked. The only issues we had was that it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked- there was a qtip on the floor in the bathroom, a hair in the toilet, crumbs in the sink and stuff on the floor. It seemed like maybe they were rushed to clean in time. I tried contacting someone to let them know but never heard back. The other issue was the primary master bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable so we didn’t sleep well. Like I had mentioned the beach was gorgeous. The downfall is that the beach chair company takes up the majority of the area leaving guests with a very small part of the beach to set up their chairs. The majority of the beach company chairs that were set up were never actually used so that made it even more of a bummer that the beach was taken up but not actually used. With the cost to rent the condo we definitely should have had better access to the beach! Otherwise we had a very lovely experience.

Dear Jen, Thank you for your positive feedback on our newly updated gulf front condo at Adagio. YFAB values our guests input and I have called and left a message to apologize for our oversights. I have also emailed an apology and promised a discounted cleaning rate on your next visit. We also are revisiting our cleaning inspectors check list - and the phone number that we leave for guests to call with any issues. Your Friend at the Beach calls each guest after the cleaning and maintenance is completed to let you arrive as soon as possible. Since it appears you did not get that phone call, we are redoubling our efforts to be sure every guest is called - and thus, has a direct line to us even if you booked on VRBO. Now that you have found Your Friend at the Beach, you always enjoy a five percent return friend discount - and for your next stay, a discounted clean. Please use that extra money to reserve beach chairs since we don't see the Adagio beach policy changing and we want our guests to have the best possible experience on the beach as well as the condo!
