1970's themed home it is 2,000 square ft and only 2,600 ft from the river! Located just off the Parker Strip and a few miles from the famous Desert Bar this home is centrally located to everything. Free launch ramp with parking less than a mile away along with day use beaches within a 5 minute drive, including another launch ramp with large human and separate dog beaches. Plenty of parking!

Coll older style pad.

The place was great. We loved the older retro style. Pool table was great. Perfect location for our offroad vacation. The owners were even cool enough to leave us a Xmas tree and holiday welcome gifts..

Just what was needed

The location was great for what we needed it is truly the 70s all works comfortable beds and rooms kitchen clean well stocked ,things should be fixed dinning chairs should be adjusted not to wobble along with master toilet. Front steps need to be replaced and railing weak living room coffee table leg is falling off . Bar and pool table nice

At any time during your stay you could have contacted us but you did not. I would have been happy to address any issues. The handrailing is brand new and does not wobble. In fact it's made of 2x6's, 4x4's and 2x4's all bolted to the concrete and the porch platform. It is extremely sturdy. This is the first complaint about the furniture or the outdoor steps. Including the first four star review all of which I feel is disingenuous. Of course I will happily look into everything and make sure it is still a five star stay as others have reported. Thank you.

Cozy stay

The place is very out dated but we loved it. Very 70s. Nice layout to entertain. The neighborhood is alittle run down but the overall stay was great. Cul-de-sac is abit tight but we made due with 3 trucks and boats so it very doable. Location is is close to everything so that part was great. We will probably book again sometime.

Thank you Brandon for the well deserved 5 Star review! The listing title is listed as a 1970's Hidden Gem and it truly is! This was our intent so we're glad you liked it. Yes it is Parker and the neighborhood is what it is. After all we are all River Rats lol. The city design of the streets are a bit tight but you get the whole cul-de-sac to park in totaling 4 lots. As you stated 3 boats and trucks you made it work which I'm so glad you did. Take note that there is much more space for motorhomes, trailers, boats, all your toys! Thanks again and I hope to see you again soon. Take care!
