Cruise your way to breakfast, lunch, and dinner from this spacious 1,600 sq ft waterfront retreat in the heart of Moovalya Keys—often called the “Venice of Arizona.” This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home offers 65 feet of water frontage, waterfront patios with a BBQ, and approximately 40 feet of boat moorage. Enjoy a 2-car garage, trailer parking, and a prime location near the mouth of the Parker Strip on the Arizona side of the river—just minutes from Fox’s and Road Runner. The open-concept living room and kitchen are perfect for entertaining, whether you’re gathering with family or hosting a weekend of adult fun.

The Homeowner's Association requires a Tenant Information Sheet be completed for each stay and they charge a $25 administrative processing fee.
