Cruise your way to breakfast, lunch, and dinner from this spacious 1,600 sq ft waterfront retreat in the heart of Moovalya Keys. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home offers 65 feet of water frontage, waterfront patios with a BBQ, and approximately 40 feet of boat moorage. Enjoy a 2-car garage, trailer parking, and a prime location near the mouth of the river. The open-concept living room and kitchen are perfect for entertaining, whether you’re gathering with family or hosting a weekend of adult fun!

With nearly 30 years of work travel experience, I truly understand the value of exceptional customer service. As a local resident, I’m just around the corner and readily available to help ensure your stay is seamless and memorable.

**Kindly note: we require a Government-issued photo identification for the check-in.**

We can accommodate a MAXIMUM OF SIX ADULTS, with no more than SEVEN PEOPLE TOTAL. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy.

The Homeowner's Association requires a Tenant Information Sheet be completed for each stay and they charge a $25 administrative processing fee.

The owner was very prompt, attentive and courteous. The house was very comfortable and had high end finishes like the stainless steel pans, German knives, Weber grill and really comfortable mattresses. The bathrooms were even stocked with Charmin. The floating dock was great. We put some of the chairs on it and relaxed into the evenenings.

We have been coming to keys for years. Even stayed close by outside of keys. This was hands down best host and Home location ever. 100 out of 10. All were nice. Place was beautiful. Access to whole house even garage for parking and storage dock is perfect out the back and on the boat. To René again thank you very much.

Great River House!

This house is perfect for a family river trip! It is very clean.The kitchen is well stocked and has a lot of counter space. The family room is large with windows overlooking the water way. We were very happy to be able to check in early. Also enjoyed the loungers with umbrella while watching the kids swim. Our host Rene was very communicative and accommodating. We plan to stay here again.

We couldn’t not have picked a better place for our vacation. Location is PERFECT! Home was spacious and very clean. Felt like being at home. Beautiful river home!

Our host Rene, was spectacular! Perfect place for our family vacation. House was extremely clean, and very comfortable for all of us! We loved having full access to the garage, it made it super easy to store our trailer during our stay. So much room in the kitchen for our family dinners and even bigger living room space to gather after. By far the best river house we have stayed at. We will absolutely be back! Thank you, Rene!
