Kindly note: we require a Government-issued photo identification for the check-in.
Boat to breakfast, lunch and dinner in this 1600 sq ft, 3 bed/3 bath home. 65’ water frontage, in fabulous Moovalya Keys that looks and feels like Venice, Italy! Waterfront patios w/ BBQ, 2 car garage, approximately 40' available for boat moorage, trailer parking! Close to mouth of Parker strip. AZ side of river, just a few miles to Fox’s and Road Runner. Huge living room and kitchen provides perfect entertaining for families or adult fun.

For nearly 30 years I've traveled for work, thus I understand the importance of great customer service. Fortunately, I reside nearby and am generally available to assist with making your visit exceptional.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate NO MORE THAN SIX ADULTS and SEVEN PEOPLE TOTAL.

The Homeowner's Association requires a Tenant Information Sheet be completed for each stay and they charge a $25 administrative processing fee.

Best Host and Time spent.

We have been coming to keys for years. Even stayed close by outside of keys. This was hands down best host and Home location ever. 100 out of 10. All were nice. Place was beautiful. Access to whole house even garage for parking and storage dock is perfect out the back and on the boat. To René again thank you very much.

The ONLY river house for us!

We plan to make all our past and future memories here! It’s the perfect house for us. Feels like home!! Owner is awesome and so was our experience both this year and last year. Our yearly tradition traveling from out of state.

Great River House!

This house is perfect for a family river trip! It is very clean.The kitchen is well stocked and has a lot of counter space. The family room is large with windows overlooking the water way. We were very happy to be able to check in early. Also enjoyed the loungers with umbrella while watching the kids swim. Our host Rene was very communicative and accommodating. We plan to stay here again.

Great Place!

This house was perfect for our family getaway! Plenty of space! Dock fit my bot and jet ski no problem! Rene was great! He was the most accommodating owner I have ever encountered on VRBO! Can’t wait to come back!

We couldn’t not have picked a better place for our vacation. Location is PERFECT! Home was spacious and very clean. Felt like being at home. Neighbors were awesome, perfect place to swim and dock the boat ñ, paddle board etc. all around 10 stars and more. We didn’t want to leave and will certainly be back many many more times.

Beautiful river home!

Our host Rene, was spectacular! Perfect place for our family vacation. House was extremely clean, and very comfortable for all of us! We loved having full access to the garage, it made it super easy to store our trailer during our stay. So much room in the kitchen for our family dinners and even bigger living room space to gather after. By far the best river house we have stayed at. We will absolutely be back! Thank you, Rene!

Best VRBO experience yet!

Rene's expertise in customer service is far beyond top notch! We had some hick-ups prior to arriving with schedule changes and he accommodated 110%. This property is situated within the keys in a top location. It's pristine accommodations and cleanliness make this a sure-fire return spot for us. Thank you, Rene for everything!
