There's so much to do and plenty to see when you stay at Downtown Dwelling 1616. Bring your dog, bring your fam and stay at this cozy dwelling surrounded by the life of Redding. Less than a five minute walk to the Food Truck Park where the night life comes alive. Free first come first serve on site parking!

Redding weekend getaway

This little apartment is cute and comfortable. Very close to many restaurants and shops. It was a perfect location to access Whiskeytown Lake Rec Area and not to far from Shasta to access other national parks. I would definitely book this place again when back in the area!

Love This Place

I always stay here when I am alone in Redding. Its perfect for just one or a couple. Walking distance to everything. Owners are the best.
