This newly renovated bungalow is located just blocks south of the heart of Broadripple! It’s also conveniently located 17 minutes away from the liveliness of downtown, Massachusetts Avenue, Lucas Oil Stadium, and the Indianapolis Convention Center. The Indianapolis airport is roughly 28 minutes away. Plenty of concert venues within a short drive distance.

This house is a wonderful place for families coming to town, individuals here for business or conventions, or just people wanting to have a place to visit fiends! It has unique touches in every room and a very warm feeling throughout.

Guests have access to the entire house and the backyard! The only area in the backyard that is shared with the neighbor is the basketball court. But if you plan on having a little event/get together in the backyard, let me know and I can tell our neighbors so you’ll have full access to the court!

It`s a self check-in process so I won`t be interacting with guests unless they want me to!

The neighborhood is wonderful! Great safe place to walk around and enjoy yourself and the scenery. Large grocery store and delicious restaurants less than a block away! Including the famous Jazz Kitchen. Also enjoy some of the laid back bars in the area! Amazing atmosphere right down the street!

Parking is available in the front of the house and there is also room for one big car or two small cars in the back via the alleyway. All parking is free.

- All bedrooms are on the second floor. One full bathroom is on the upstairs level and one is in the basement.
- Just a heads up for tall people: There is a low spot in the ceiling as you are walking up or down the stairs into the basement. More something to just remember if you are using the basement.
- The pet fee shown ($70) is for up to two nights with one pet. It goes up $10/night for every day added, per pet.

The host was very responsive. The place was super clean and everything was comfortable. We didn't have time, but the patio area looked like a great place to relax. We enjoyed being so close to great places to eat! We would stay here again if in the area.

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Indy! I come to town for a dog event and this place is very convenient and ideal. The hosts do a great job making sure the place is clean and safe. I plan on booking for next year as soon as I can!

Visited the Children’s museum this home was close to the museum. We were comfortable and had everything we needed for our overnight. Good communication with host.While we did drive to restaurants a couple we ate at would have been within walking distance. Nice grocery very close as well. Went to Holliday park which we all enjoyed very much, it was beautiful. Nice area to visit, great short trip overall.

The manager was very nice and did his best to accommodate us, even sending someone to clean when requested due to the property being quite dirty. However, the property itself could use a thorough cleaning and some updates. Despite the cleaning visit, there was still noticeable dust around the bed corners, curtains, and light fixtures.On the positive side, the location is great, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to various attractions. Overall, the house would benefit from some updates and a more thorough cleaning team.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was everything as described and we enjoyed the neighborhood. Lucas was a great host and communicated very well throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

We stayed here in a girls trip and it was perfect. We loved all the space and the back yard was wonderful, that’s where we spent most of our time. We would definitely stay again!

Overall a pretty good experience but I would say that the property/furniture is a little older/run down in comparison to the photos as others have suggested. Tub had some hair from previous guest and some other small issues but overall in comparison to the price of other listings we were happy with a 1 night stay just to get us to another destination. Luke was extremely responsive and probably would have rectified any issues right away if we needed it but given the time frame we were there, we felt it wasn’t necessary.

Location was perfect for our needs and we loved the outside areas especially the fire pit. However you do need to bring your own firewood for the pit. I only gave the home 4 stars in cleanliness as there was some dust in corners and cobwebs but Lucas did take note of the issues and forwarded it into his cleaning crew to get handled.

Perfect Spot in the Broad Ripple

This quaint duplex with an amazing back yard was absolutely perfect for our stay. Clean, Comfortable and just the right amount of old home character. We took advantage of the walkable neighborhood with great eats and groceries a block away. The host is super communicative and available. There is off street parking, and that is huge!! I will absolutely stay here again!!
