it was a great stay, The house was very clean and welcoming. oh and the garage was very nice to have, so that my car was off the street and tucked away. and the restaurant options near by were amazing!!

The house was super cute and well maintained. The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely stocked. The beds and couch were comfortable. The neighborhood was bustling but not loud. Great food options nearby. The floors were uneven in places which could be tricky for anyone with limited mobility. Plenty of inexpensive parking and a good general location.

Perfect location! Lovely home, great outdoor space and a safe garage for the car. We had everything we needed. Communication with the host was a breeze! Would totally book again!

The location of this property is very nice. The host was great to answer any questions and was very timely with information, which is very appreciated.

The backyard patio was wonderful. We were there for our son's wedding. However, the BBQ did not work as advertised so we had to broil our burgers inside. The washing machine was also not hooked up when we needed it but the owner did come and hook it up. The garage is extremely small and hard to get a car into so be aware of that. Paid parking is available though if elderly, kind of a hassle. Kitchen was "okay" in terms of items available though we had to buy our own dish towels since there was only 1 clean and 1 dirty. The Murphy bed was a little hard to get around to go into the 2nd bathroom but the beds were comfortable. The icemaker did not work and into our stay, the heavy shower door slid off its track somehow so we had to crawl inside the shower through a narrow opening. Owner response time was always delayed and he did not show to fix the shower door as promised - disappointing. This place was not cheap to rent and we felt that for our money, we should have picked a different spot that did not have so many things not working or in need of repair and with a more available host.

Great location in Bottleworks District. Lots of eating and drinking options in walking distance. Also walking distance to sports arenas.

Chatham Arch Charmer

Luke’s place was great! The house was well appointed with everything we needed to prepare nice Easter meals for our group. Although any other weekend we would have been happy to check out the many great restaurants and coffee shops within a stone’s throw of this charming historic neighborhood. The outdoor space was fabulous and exceeded our expectations. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Too Little Time to Enjoy

Having only a few short 'awake' hours was not nearly enough. We checked in at 4pm, left an hour later for a scheduled event, did not get back to the house until late and fell asleep. Checking out by 11am the next morning meant that we had no time to enjoy the house or backyard amenities... but hopefully next time!
