Expansive sliding glass doors lead seamlessly to a generous 40-foot balcony, where you can savor the sights and sounds of the ocean breeze. The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat, complete with a comfortable king-sized bed and a dedicated TV for your entertainment.
The guest bedroom features two twin beds, also equipped with its own television, making it perfect for family or friends. Enjoy the convenience of high-speed internet throughout the condo, ensuring you stay connected during your stay. Ocean House Condo 322 is fully equipped with linens, cooking supplies, and cable TV featuring high-definition channels.
With direct access to the beach and a refreshing pool just steps away, your days can be filled with relaxation and sun-soaked adventures. This non-smoking unit does not allow pets, ensuring a serene and clean environment for all guests.

The views do not disappoint and love the high chairs on the balcony. We ate every meal outside. Kitchen was stocked well, beds comfortable couldn’t really ask for more. Beach is easily accessible. There is an elevated if needed. Can’t say anything about the pool or grills bc we didn’t use them but def a plus to have. Had a great time and would stay here again.

Boo for Balcony

Location was excellent. Balcony was a big attraction for renting this particular property. We were unable to sit on balcony as it was infested with spiders. Cobwebs, egg sacs and live spiders all over the Oceanside balcony. Called manager right away and they sent someone in a few hours. My husband helped to clear it. Sadly he had to do that every single day as the spiders materialized again overnite each night. The unit was dated. We came in from dinner one evening and the overhead light panel ion the kitchen was lying in the kitchen floor. My hubby reattached it. When I walked in the first day I reached to open the entry closet only to have the door fall on me. It isn’t even attached - just propped there. Bathrooms were good. General maintenance and refresh needed overall. We made the best of it but didn’t feel like a vacation with all the chores to be done.

Good view, dated unit needs maintenance

We stay here for the view - period. Unit needs light bulbs every time we have stayed here. The outside glass was sparkling clean this time, so that was nice - we didn't have to clean it to enjoy view. Several places where walls and ceilings need repair - been the case for years. Old toilet wasn't working when we arrived on Sat of holiday weekend, so no repair available until Tuesday, 3 days later. No ice maker and only one ice tray. We had to buy extras. Tattered vertical blinds on all windows are old and barely adequate. Owner and cleaning crew doesn't pay much attention to these things. Check light bulbs regularly and replace bad bulbs, and don't put non-dimmables in dimmer fixtures, and don't mix color temps! Lots of units in complex have been updated, as has the complex in general. Good to see attention and investment there. If only the owner of this unit would take notice. Unit needs a refresh or at least regular TLC.

it is the little things...

The condo is nice but the little things make the rating four star vs. five star. There were only three chairs on the deck vs. four chairs. The master bathroom fan was not working. There were lightbulbs out in the living room and bathroom. The "stock" items of toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, and bathroom toiletries were very low quality. The dishwasher is not attached to the wall or cabinet so when loading and unloading, it tips forward. No ice bin in the freezer. Not enough towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms for hanging hand towels, bath towels, robes, etc. There could have been a little more organization in how items were in the kitchen cabinets and bedroom closets. Again, these are little things - but they can make a big impression. The rental office/agent only works during the week, so these items were mentioned to her via email upon our arrival, but we did not get a response until Monday. This was our 9th summer staying at Ocean House. We have stayed in a total of four different condos in the complex - none are perfect but we enjoy our stay at each one!! We would consider staying at 322 again, even if none of the above items are addressed.
