Single-level mid-century pool home in Fort Lauderdale's Victoria Park, with a private saltwater pool and hot tub in a fully fenced backyard. 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom · Sleeps 8 · About 6 minutes' drive to Las Olas Boulevard and 8 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Beach · Complimentary beach cruisers and beach gear.

Ideal for families, friend groups, pre- and post-cruise stays, and remote workers who want room to spread out, with a dedicated office, fast WiFi, and Holiday Park a 3-minute walk away.

The Space
Open-plan mid-century modern home with a chef's kitchen (full appliances, island seating, ice maker, blender, and a coffee and tea bar), a dedicated dining room, two living areas, and a reading nook. Single-level layout with no stairs.

Lovely vacation . The home was nice and very clean . Check in was extremely easy. Pool was great and there were many floats, noodles, and even floaters for our 3 year old. Very nice back yard. Kitchen well stocked for meal preparation. Owners were very quick responding to any questions. Had absolutely no issues with our stay. Location close to everything.

Our group of friends had an absolutely incredible stay at this property! It served as the perfect home base for our getaway, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and remarkably spacious. The hosts were exceptionally responsive. They were very accommodating with our request to stay an additional day. The house was clean and well organized. Our kids loved the pool. The house was very close to the beach, downtown and the convention center.

The host was great and very responsive. Anything I asked for would show up at our door that day. They provided transportation and restaurant recommendations. I would definately stay here again!

Family trip

Had a wonderful time with our two young children for a week at this property. Very clean, pool was great, open concept for the main living area, big kitchen. Property manager was responsive to one or two small things. Would definitely recommend!

Christmas in the sun

The property is good the only issues were actually small and the property owner was very responsive to us. I expected nicer bike, linens and kitchen equipment but none of that detracted from our stay

5-Star Private Oasis! Highly Recommended.

A private urban oasis! This property delivers 5-star hospitality at a gorgeously equipped hideaway tucked into a lush Victoria Park retreat. Beyond the sparkling saltwater pool/spa, this home has boutique resort luxury with clever indulgences. I easily disappeared blissfully for a week, relishing an intentionally curated home away from home. I can highly recommend this property as one with which few can compete.

Greatly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful pool that worked very well for our 1 and 4 year olds given the beach was full of seaweed. Owners were great with communication, responded quickly to our questions, and very flexible with any requests we had. Home was clean and well stocked (i.e. highchair, beach chairs, beach towels, pool floats and toys, board games, etc). The beds were firm, but comfortable and clean. The pool person came a few times in the early morning before we awoke to help keep the pool clean. There's a net to help clean between visits and a leaf blower to blow off the patio.A few things to note: the neighborhood/ area has construction/ renovations going on, so there is some related noise. The home is old and has obviously been renovated, so the lighting and lights switch locations are a bit wild. The main part of the home stays comfortably/ pretty cool even when set to 72-73, but the back room and garage rooms do get a little toasty in mid August. As common in south FL, little lizards like to sneak inside. We had 2 different ones surprise us! A pest control company showed up to treat while we were there due to a schedule mix up, which we guessed is what caused us to see 2 random cockroaches sneak into the home shortly after. We did not see any other signs of a cockroach problem the remainder of our stay though. The last day we had tiny ants appear out of nowhere in the owner bathroom that we were able to take care of, but no clue where they came from.

What you’re referring to as “cockroaches” are actually palmetto bugs which are very typical in Florida and tend to appear when it’s either very hot or after a heavy rain. They are just a part of Florida life unfortunately 😅 Thanks again for staying with us!

Getting away from Alaska

We feel like the host was absolutely amazing. Very informative easy to reach if I had questions and very patient with me as I did have a few the house was absolutely amazing. Pool was heated for us when we got here as per our request. Everything was laid out perfectly with details and instructions on how to work. Everything will stay there again as soon as possible love this place.

Amazing property and wonderful owner

This property is absolutely amazing! It has everything you will possibly need and it is located in a quiet area, yet 1 mile from everything! This is the first time that we went down to Fort Lauderdale and never went on the beach. We didn’t have to! The swimming pool was wonderful, and very well-maintained. We rented a golf cart and was able to get around to more places than we imagined. This house was extremely clean, and had everything we needed for a perfect day. Love love love this place

I would recommend this place to anyone. Super clean, super new, spacious and the pool/ hot tub were amazing. As long as you know it’s a bike to the beach- we biked there every day (it’s too far to walk unless you’re set for a long walk tbh) - then you’re getting something fantastic. Owner is highly responsive - willing to help with whatever. Can’t say enough about how much we loved our stay. My boys absolutely loved it- they hiked to a gym and a field to play football. Small kids would be hard if you have beach aspirations but with older kids ?? All day !! Everything was new and nice. Pool was amazing, fire pit great and hot tub heating was easy to figure out. Don’t hesitate !

I couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Everything was perfect, and we had no complaints! Would 100% stay here again. The beach was so close. A Publix was right around the corner, which was handy. The backyard is awesome, and we just really enjoyed ourselves. Can't wait to go back!

The Best of Ft. Lauderdale

We couldn’t have been happier to walk in the door of this immaculately clean, well-appointed and gracious home in Victoria Park,FLL. The layout is so perfect for a family of three adults (though many more could sleep comfortably.) The pool is beautiful in a large landscaped back. And all so close to Los Olas and everything one wants (including a magnificent public park and Publix! Wonderful owners who were super-responsive. Great house.

Paradise

Could not recommend this property enough if you’re looking for a low key stay. It has everything you need. Period. Close proximity to downtown but just far enough away to have that private suburban feel. Excellent communication with the owner the whole time. Response time was always under five minutes.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our stay could not have been any better. The home was exactly what we wanted and needed. Home was beautiful! Clean and spacious. We had two families, total of 9 of us and never felt crowded. Minutes from the beach but also had the pool to use when we wanted to just relax around the house. Would definitely recommend.

Nice Get Away….

Came to Ft. Lauderdale for the National Senior Games. Home was lovely, very comfortable, well equipped , we lacked for nothing and we so enjoyed the pool. It would have been plenty of room if family had come. (Bailed out at last minute). It was convenient to shopping and restaurants but a little bit of a hike if you had to take children to the beach. Can’t say enough about Monica and her communications and responsiveness. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

AMAZING PLACE AND HOST

I was down in Fort Lauderdale for some business, so my family and my daughters college roommates joined me for the week. The house was very spacious, open floor plan and very clean. We truly enjoyed the outdoor living space and pool. The neighborhood was nice and quite, we walked to the beaches aNd local parks. also deep sea fished, visited the everglades and miami during the week. All short distances from the house.

The house was spotless, and had a home feel to it. Monica, the host, could bot have been more responsive and helpful to ensure that we had everything we needed and then some. These people GET IT! If you are looking to stay in Victoria Park this is where you should spend your money.

Amazing house with great location!

We can’t say enough great things about this house! The pool was our favorite part. It had a shallow area for the kids which was great and the hot tub was awesome for cooler nights. Monica was so helpful and responded immediately. The location is so close to the beach and to many great restaurants! I would recommend this house to anyone!

Victoria Park is a quiet, tree-lined residential neighborhood close to downtown Fort Lauderdale. From the house it's about a 6-minute drive to Las Olas Boulevard for restaurants, boutique shopping, art galleries, and nightlife, and about 8 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Holiday Park is a 3-minute walk away, and the beach and Hugh Taylor Birch State Park are a quick drive or bike ride, perfect for morning jogs, paddleboarding, or family picnics under the palms. The neighborhood keeps a calm, residential feel, which makes it a natural fit for families, couples, and small groups who want both relaxation and convenience.

Stroll the tree-lined streets, catch sunset cocktails by the ocean, then come back to your private saltwater pool and spa to unwind.

A Mid-Century Pool Home Made for Groups
Our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in Victoria Park is built for time together: an open-concept living space that flows to a fully fenced, tropical backyard, and every bedroom paired with its own bathroom.

Inside
A chef's kitchen with a spacious island and all the essentials for cooking together, a dining area that seats 8–10, and a living room with a smart TV and plush seating for movie nights. Each bedroom features premium bedding, blackout curtains, and ample storage. The primary suite has a king bed and en-suite bath, and one of the double-bed bedrooms opens directly to the pool.

Outside
Step out to your private saltwater pool and spa (heating available in cooler months for a fee), surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Lounge in the sun, fire up the BBQ grill, or dine on the shaded patio. The fenced yard includes cornhole, giant Jenga, and pool toys for guests of all ages.

Beach-Ready
The home is stocked with beach essentials (chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a cooler) plus complimentary cruiser bikes, so you're ready for a day at Fort Lauderdale Beach, about 8 minutes away by car. Optional shuttle access (for a small fee) makes reaching Las Olas Boulevard or the shoreline easy.
