We enjoyed our stay at Villa Capriani in this unit with its beautiful views of the beach and resort. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Everything in the condo is very well kept and very clean. Our kids who had 2 more units at the resort and were very happy also. We are looking forward to our next trip to Villa Capriani!

Topsail vacation

We had a great time on north topsail. The condo was perfect for us. We rented this condo last year also. Would definitely rent again. The only downside was not having cable tv. We’re older and don’t use any streaming services. Otherwise this condo is great

Very nice unit. The only problem was the cabinet door under the sink came loose and I repaired it the best I could and notified the property manager. Every thing else was wonderful.

Nice condo

This is a great condo. Nice furnishings, king size bed, fully equipped kitchen and good furniture on the balcony. Morning shade and afternoon sun on the balcony. We have stayed at various condos in the complex and this is the best one yet. Would recommend to anyone.

Great condo and building amenities but lacking some essentials

We liked the condo itself and the property was beautiful, but the elevator that was listed in the description was broken our whole stay. We also were missing some items like trash bags to replace after we left. Overall a good stay.

Review

This condo was amazing. The bed is very comfortable. Kitchen has all the supplies you would typically need. The only thing and reason I marked it down to a four stars is the air conditioning controls. It only lets you keep the AC on for short periods of time, for example, in hell 11:30 PM and then it turns off and goes back up to 80° so while you’re sleeping wake up sweating.

Lovely beachfront condo

We really enjoyed the condo- the furnishings and kitchen amenities were perfect. We were able to grocery shop and cook all our own meals. The bed was very comfortable and there is a great view from the balcony of the pool and ocean. The only items missing were garbage bags for the trash bin and a sponge for washing dishes- I alerted the property manager and they said they would take care of that for the next guest. We did see a palmetto bug on a closet door but I know they’re common in the south. The beach access is great- the condo building itself is a bit dated but the unit itself is very modern.

decent place but communication needs improvement

We had a good time but a few disappointments. The main pool was closed the entire time. The first day we understood due to the storm that had gone through. But the weather was great and no storm and the pool was still closed. The hot tubs were luke warm at best. Our unit didnt have trash bags which was an inconvenience. We also had no idea the bin outside the door was our towels/linens. So we went the first day and half without towels until we figured it out. Communication was not great.
