Welcome to The Cabot House, a beautifully designed luxury private estate set on three secluded acres offering 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, two primary suites, and a separate guest apartment. Central AC, high-end finishes, and a 20’ x 40’ gunite saltwater pool surrounded by lush landscaping. Perfect for families or groups seeking a private, resort-style retreat.

Resort-Style Outdoor Living
Enjoy complete privacy while relaxing by the 20’ x 40’ gunite saltwater pool, perfect for summer days and evening entertaining. The expansive grounds provide a peaceful setting for gatherings, outdoor dining, and relaxation.

The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is ideal for hosting family dinners or working with a private chef includes:

Privacy and Property Layout
The Cabot House sits on the rear two acres of a three-acre property with its own private driveway. A 10-foot privet hedge and wooded area completely separate the main house from a guest cottage located at the front of the property. The two homes are neither visible nor audible from one another, offering the same level of privacy as any stand-alone estate rental.

Fantastic time

What a great property! Perfect for our family gathering, and close enough to everything we cared about. Having the pool for the youngins was a godsend. The house layout is wonderful, with a large great room and kitchen area suitable for preparing and having large get togethers. Would definitely come back if we’re able!

More than we could have asked for or expected

We can't thank the Cabot's enough for their hospitality and attentiveness. From the updates and recommendations prior to our stay to the availability during, they were amazing. The pictures do not do the house nor the property justice. Both were beautiful and well maintained. Much more than we expected. They have everything you need for a great vacation from beach equipment to shampoo- we were overwhelmed by the availability of everything we needed. They took the stress out of the vacation. Easy Stay

Wonderful, relaxing two weeks at this large property with nice layout, pool and fine housing. Jenn is the ultimate host as she doesn't miss a detail, and provides perfect tips and instructions for making the stay easy. A great spot to return to and relax after days on the beach!

Fantastic Stay!!

Our family of 6 has just returned from a perfect week at the Cabot House in Surfside. The kids loved the big pool and huge yard, and we loved that they were close enough to the beach to bike or walk there on their own. The setting is extremely private, not another neighbor in sight. The home is impeccable, very well cared for, and completely set up for everything you would need for a week at the beach. The owners were very gracious, responsive, and lovely to get to know....via email mostly, answering any/every question in a timely fashion, and always a step beyond helpful. We are booking our trip for next year....this time for 2 weeks! Thank you from all of us for a perfect Nantucket stay!

Perfect Nantucket Stay!! Beautiful Home!

We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years, and around the world, and this Nantucket vacation was one of our most enjoyable. From our first inquiry straight through until we received our deposit back (6 days later, and with a present, no less) this experience was perfect. The owners have great taste...this home should be in Architectural Digest! ( I later learned that the architects are quite well know locally, in fact...and that would explain the smooth living flow, and the gorgeous abundance of natural light). We loved the proximity to the big surf beaches in surfside, as well as having the huge yard and pool to come home to. The home is perfectly cared for; it is a nice balance of elegant, but not fancy; it is stylish, but not pretentious. In other words, it is a really nice home! The kind you don't want to leave! Our kids loved the easy bike path access to the beach or town. The owner was a very gracious hostess. We would love to come back again...hopefully soon! Thank you again for making our stay a great one.

On island time at the Cabot House

We have returned 3 years (and counting) to this fabulous property and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. The Cabots are a lovely family who warmly welcomes us every summer to enjoy their beloved home. They encourage us to pack as little as possible because The Cabot House has everything we could possibly need - and more - and they are absolutely correct. Their home is phenomenal. Heaven! Highlights ... * Magnificent home - Beautifully decorated, yet so incredibly comfortable, relaxed & spotless (it is cleaned 2x every week by a lovely group of women). * Exquisite outdoor pool, patio, deck and gardens - Meticulously designed and maintained with an expansive yard, a fun bocci ball court, and 2 comfy hammocks to enjoy on island time. * Ideal location - Complete privacy, peace and calm, yet perfectly located near all the beaches - several within walking or biking distance - and not far from town if you feel the need for a sandwich at Stubby's and an ice cream at The Juice Bar!

Fun had by all in Nantucket

Had a great vacation with the whole family! House was fantastic. Pool was a huge hit and a must. We had everything we needed and more. The Cabot's were terrific to rent from. Were available if we needed them. Loved it. Going back next year!!

Wonderful Home

We have stayed here a few times over the past few years. This home is beautiful, very clean, very comfortable and wonderfully decorated. Wonderful kitchen fully equipped, comfortable bedrooms (1 large master bedroom on 2nd floor and 2 medium sized rooms on the first floor - great for a family), beautiful and spacious living room, wonderful pool. Lawns are beautifully maintained along with someone to check on the pool twice during our stay. We feel extremely welcomed, with hosts checking on us by emails and texts - always available to us throughout the week if needed. Kudos to the hosts for making their home so comfortable for their renters. We look forward to staying here again!

Best family vacation ever

Our family of 15 had a wonderful week. The home was perfect. We had family wiffle ball and bocci tournements. Our hosts left gifts for us and checked in twice to make sure all was good. They gave us great reccomendations and because it made sense for us we had most dinners catered in. Everything about the home was as good as advertised. Hope to return one day.

Perfect Getaway

Hi Jenn, I just wanted to send you a brief note to tell you how much we enjoyed our time in Nantucket. You have a beautiful home at a terrific location. Your grounds are meticulous. We enjoyed some football toss, soccer and whiffle ball. And our grandson actually began to learn how to swim in your pool. Our entire family continues to talk about the trip and how wonderful it was. If our grandkids could talk they too would express their happiness as they were constantly smiling during the week. Your recommendations were all very helpful. Whenever we had any questions either you or your brother-in-law were responsive. In summary, it was outstanding. You are a tremendous landlord and it was an absolute pleasure.
