Hello! I’m Nancy-Paige Robinson, the owner of NPR Property Management. My team and I manage a curated collection of beautiful vacation homes throughout the Grand Strand and into North Carolina.

I absolutely love what I do, and my primary goal is to ensure every guest enjoys a wonderful, stress-free vacation. I consider myself "guest-centric"—which to me means thinking of all the small details so you don’t have to. I strive to anticipate your needs before you even realize them, from the coastal "vibe" of the decor to the practical amenities that make a house feel like a home.

Whether you are golfing, vacationing, or working remotely, this condo is for you!

Spacious open concept with fully equipped kitchen, Keurig/coffee maker, a dining room table that seats six, master bedroom with an adjustable king bed and full ensuite bath, TV and free Netflix, plus a second bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed, a full ensuite bath, Smart TV and free Netflix, plus a comfy Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We supply the Keurig coffee pods, creamer, and sugar/sweetener to get you started on your first morning. Beach supplies are included in your stay! You as our guest, can enjoy the outdoor pool (right outside your back door), indoor pool, BBQ area, and fitness center.

You can always expect a quick and prompt response before and during your stay! We give our guests space but are available for your inquiry between 8 AM & 10 PM.
