Grande Shores Ocean Resort is located oceanfront in Myrtle Beach. This condo has an amazing north view of the Atlantic Ocean. Our property is located in an upscale residential neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops nearby! Grande Shores is perfect for families (large and small – if you need multiple condos, DM for assistance), golf vacations, and girlfriend getaways. Guests enjoy 3 POOLS, 2 LAZY RIVERS, and 5 HOT TUB SPAS. Parking is onsite and outside the unit.

Our guest bedroom has 2 queens, the master has a king, ensuite bathroom, and a slider to a private ocean-view balcony. There is a full bath off the main hall, along with a closet for storing beach toys. The living room has a new queen sleeper sofa. The resort is located adjacent to a residential neighborhood where the beach tends to be less crowded.

CONDO FEATURES:

This is our second home, and we treat it with lots of love and care. We completely remodeled the unit when it was purchased and each year we update something! We work with onsite housekeeping so that you can choose to have the condo refreshed each day (the front desk will be happy to give you details about this extra service). You may note in our reviews that our guests continually mention how clean the condo is.

BOOKING DETAILS:

• Check-in: after 4 PM (on occasion the condo may be ready early
– feel free to check with the staff and you can access the
property amenities at any time on your day of arrival)
• Check-out: before 11 AM
• All linens and exit cleaning are included in the cost
• All reservations require a signed RENTAL AGREEMENT
• You must be 23 years of age to check-in and the responsible
party must stay in the unit
• NO PETS. Sorry, pets are not allowed per the Homeowner's
Association
• NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in the condo. Resort rules prohibit smoking on balconies

As a family, we love to offer flexibility to our guests. We know what it's like to have a crazy schedule! Please inquire about any concerns you may have regarding cancellations and refunds.
