Welcome to your home away from home at the beautiful Emerald Island Resort! This spacious corner townhome is just a short 10-15 minute drive to all Disney parks and is centrally located to many restaurants, shopping & attractions!
The resort includes many amenities such as : Two pools & hot tubs, Tennis/Basketball/Volleyball courts, Poolside tiki-bar with food & beverages, Playgrounds, Gym, Hiking Trail, Mini golf and Bicycle rentals.

Great location we were there for cheer nationals and espn was right up the road! Love that you can bring pets and if we make it next year I may choose this again! Also the host allowed us to check in early which was super helpful after our 18 hour drive!

The theming was so fun as we prepared for our first trip to Disney. The only downside was that the downstairs smelled like urine. I did not realize that this property was pet-friendly.

Townhome was clean stocked with all the essentials. Perfect for our family of 3, plus our dog. The resort was a nice place to come back to after our time at Disney.

Cute family property by Disney!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The owners thought of everything to make her stay comfortable and sweet. The decor is so cute and it is conveniently very close to the Disney parks. Must stay for families!

Great VRBO for friends and family gatherings!

We were allowed to check in early and check out late in order for us to make the most of our trip to universal studios the condo was so cute perfect for our family loved it would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay! I wish the exact instructions to get in weren’t so embedded in the listing and check-in instructions. We got there late at night after a day at Disney and it seemed a little cumbersome with all the gates we had to check in at. You have to go to the main one first, not the one that enters the actual area where you stay. Overall though, it worked for us and everyone slept well! Thank you!

Great stay

We recently stayed at this lovely property near Disney Springs and had an absolutely wonderful time! The location was perfect - just a short drive to the Disney Springs area and easily accessible to all the Disney theme parks. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings and plenty of amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the bedrooms were cozy and quiet. The neighborhood pool was a great way to relax after a long day of theme park adventures. The owners were also very responsive and helpful if any issues arose. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near Disney Springs. It's perfect for families or couples looking for a relaxing vacation with easy access to all the Disney magic.

Good stay

We had a great time, just a couple of suggestions: 1. There’s tons of mosquitos at night and the outside light didn’t work. 2. The AC is blocked by the best and 74 for night AC is too hot in FL, consider 72 in the evening. Other than that, good location.

Hello Katy, We appreciate your review. Unfortunately South Florida is known for its mosquitos and outdoor insects which is out of our control. You also mentioned the AC is locked by us, which is not true as we let our guests control the A/C to their liking, we do not have any restrictions with the A/C temperatures. I wish you would’ve reached out to us so we could’ve let you know you could control it yourself.
