Enjoy your summer in this charming, newly designer decorated home, situated in the heart of Southampton Village. Conveniently located just minutes from town and ocean beaches, this sun-drenched gem features a large primary ensuite with spa-like bathroom and two guest rooms with a shared bathroom. Chefs eat-in kitchen features updated Viking and Sub-Zero appliances. Dining room seats eight and is adjacent to the open concept living room, framed by oversized windows. A half-bath is also ideally positioned off the entrance foyer. An additional secluded den/ TV room is furnished with a sofa that converts to a double-sized bed and comfortably sleeps an additional two. Step outside to your private oasis surrounded by mature landscaping and large gunite pool with tranquil waterfall. Outdoor dining table sits atop a bluestone patio which overlooks the idyllic backyard.

Beautiful house and Lori is an exceptional host. We actually stayed at her other property a few times and loved it as well. Would highly recommend this home - perfect location and close to Southampton Village.

Awesome location & great place!

We loved our stay! The location was perfect for our family, so easy to walk to town, close to the beach and easy to get to other towns. House was perfect as well, we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors due to rain but loved the indoor space. Plenty of places to hang and enjoy/relax. Hoping to visit again soo!

Everything was perfect about the stay. The home is spacious and clean. It is a great distance from town, about a 15 min walk which we did multiple times per day.

Beautiful Southampton Home

My girl friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and we absolutely loved the home. The pool was a great temperature and the house was clean and nicely decorated. It is very convenient to get to town and to the beach. Highly recommend!

Great 3 bedroom house with gunite pool in Southampton

The property was exactly as described. The location was fantastic, the owner a pleasure to deal with and the only downside was having to leave at the end of our stay.

Pleasant home in Southampton

A nicely furnished home on a quiet side street. Plenty of privacy in the back yard with the swimming pool. We grilled on the Weber Grill and cooked on the Viking stove. The kitchen was a gourmet pleasure.

Southampton getaway

Our stay at the Halsey property was nothing short of perfection. The home is beautifully furnished and allowed us to enjoy close proximity to all the places we wanted to go while visiting . The host Lori, was available immediately for the two questions we asked during our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Southampton . 5stars !!!

Great Family Vacy

My husband and I stayed with our 3 kids and dog and had a great time. The house accommodated all of us very easily. The house is in a great location between town and Cooper's beach. We would for sure come back!

Pool was clean. House overall was clean. The septic tank had to be pumped in the middle of our trip, as none of the toilets or showers were draining. It was fixed the next day, but the only credit given was 200 dollars cash handed to us by the owner at the start of the issue. As long as you are comfortable with the cost if any complications arise, then it is a nice place to stay.

A great house!

We ended up renting this house as a secondary house to another rental and we loved the neighborhood of this house even better! So conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Quick drive to the beach. The house is bright and clean. I just wished there were windows treatments in all the bedrooms. It was very bright in the mornings.

Great house close to town!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is well situated for up to 6 friends (all queen and king beds) with a beautiful pool deck, an easy 15 minute walk to Southampton town, and a nice yard. The house is very reasonably priced, clean and tidy, and the beds are very comfortable. Really recommend if you want to be in Southampton!
