Surrounded by mature trees, a seasonal creek, nearby hiking trails, and abundant wildlife, it offers the perfect blend of nature and convenience. Enjoy soaring ceilings, expansive decks, a seasonal above-ground pool, beautiful sunrise and sunset views, and plenty of space for family and friends.

Great location. Close to Pearl Street and trails. House has plenty of space for a large family. There are no pictures of the pool. It’s above ground and a little walk from the house. The path to the pool was unmanicured so it was a bit disappointing given the price we paid.

Beautiful setting and great location! Plenty of room for the seven of us during our winter stay, and the fireplace was nice & warm on the cold evenings. The house also had a very well stocked kitchen.

Great for a family get-together

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property - there was plenty of room for our full family gathering (10 people including 3 children) and so much to do in the area! Jason was a terrific host - easily reached and accommodated our request in advance for a port-a-crib.

Amazing location!

Larkin and Marshall were very responsive and helpful. Great hosts. The place was a wonderland in the snow, so cozy and peaceful; amazing something like this exists just minutes from down town Boulder! We loved the quiet nature in the morning, and the house was perfect for our group.

Great House in a Great Location!

The property is beautiful, has great views, close to hiking trails, and was very comfortable for our group of 12, ranging in age from 4 to 77. You feel like you're far away from everything, but the location is remarkably close to Pearl Street shopping, etc. My family had a great time staying here, and I highly recommend!

Great for Wedding Party

I stayed with my wedding party and it was perfect for us! We were even allowed to have a rehearsal dinner at the property which was very generous! Great views, plenty of space, and a super nice host!

Gorgeous views & great location!!

The house was beautiful and is just as listed and photographed. It’s in a great location near hiking and downtown Boulder but still felt like a mountain getaway. Our group was very comfortable at the house and Jason was available via text and responded quickly! Would recommend this home for your next trip to Boulder.

Amazing house

The property is beautiful. The house has all the games and amenities you could ask for. The owner was super responsive and helpful in planning our trip. Definitely stay here if you have a big crowd. Lots of communal room and we enough beds for everyone to be comfortable.
