Rustic country getaway just minutes to Boulder, Lafayette and Louisville and adjacent to bike and hiking trails connecting you to Louisville and Boulder! Stay in this modern farmhouse on almost an acre! Toast marshmallows with friends and family, play horseshoes, Yardzee and other outdoor activities. Modern Gas firepit on a spacious patio perfect for warm conversations. Ample space for small family gatherings; the property sleeps up to 10 people (8 is most comfortable) with 4.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, two pullouts, & a comfy couch. 2 Packn'Plays available for babies too! Fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials, gas range/oven, stainless steel appliances, etc. The open concept great room can seat 13-16 people--perfect for game night! Stocked with your favorite board games including a giant Chess set! There is so much to do out your front door, you won't even want to leave. But when you do venture out, this home is on the bus line to Boulder and next to miles of bike and walking paths. Welcome Inn!

Wonderful spot. The owner was very thoughtful providing s’more ingredients, sound machines in each bedroom, a nicely stocked kitchen and a very simple check out process. Well worth the nightly rate. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Wonderful family friendly home in great location. We could get to both Boulder and Louisville quickly. We enjoyed the kitchen which was well supplied with cooking utensils and spices. We played with the assortment of games. Wish we had more time to enjoy the outdoor space - next time! Friendly hosts that care.

The house was very clean and comfortable for our intergenerational group. The grandparents stayed in the main floor bedroom. Their daughter and son-in law and 2 children (10 and 13 years old) stayed in the upstairs bedrooms. It was a great location to go to many attractions: Rocky Mountain National Park, Garden of the Gods, Lost Gulch, El Dorado Csnyon State Park, and even went to Casa Bonita in Denver. The hosts were very accomodating of our needs. We highly recommend this home.

Great hosts! Great communication and very responsive before, as well as, during our stay. It was located in a convenient location and very roomy for everyone that stayed there. The children enjoyed all the games and the large Chess table.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! This home is so wonderful for family gatherings. We were in Louisville for my daughter's wedding. This home was ample space for my mother and Father-in law, my son, daughter-in-law and my grandson, my husband and I and his father. The home was VERY kid friendly and warm and inviting. I wish we had more time to enjoy the wonderful patio and fire pit but our time was jam packed.The hosts were communicative and responsive to my questions. We arrived and it was clean, ready and perfect. I was able to cook meals and all the kitchen items I needed were here.This home made our trip relaxing and perfect! Thanks again!

Great housing with 4 beds/bathrooms for 8 adults

Our favorite part was the deck. And watching the neighborhood bats come out at dusk. There is also a nice park/trail within walking distance.

Excellent stay in Lafayette

The location of the property is great! We felt like we had no neighbors and we were close to everything we needed to be close to. The amount of bathroom space is also unbeatable! The owners were extremely responsive and great to work with! We would definitely be happy to visit again when we return to Colorado!

Amazing stay!

Our stay was perfect! The location was great and the house had everything we needed. Beautiful home with open floor plan, plenty of space and detailed information. Perfect for a family of seniors, young parents, and active children. Really felt “at home “ the entire time.

wonderful for a big family!

What a great place for our extended family to stay during our son's high school graduation! It was very clean, spacious, lots of games for the kids, and had everything we needed. Wonderful communication too from the Margo the owner.

Wedding Week: Amazing Trip

We were in town for an intimate wedding in Colorado. The house was the perfect place for what we needed. Margo is very friendly and easy to get in contact with. Whenever we are in the area, we would love to stay here again!

My dream has always been to open a Bed & Breakfast. I have traveled the world and I know what it is like to be in a new place and experience new things. Traveling is exciting and addicting! I studied abroad in Spain during my time at The University of Colorado Boulder which sparked my love of travel. I have lived in Colorado for over 30 years. My Children were born and raised here and now my grandchildren call Colorado home. I hope you enjoy Colorado as much as we do!

If you want to experience all that Colorado has to offer this home is on nearly an acre with views of the Rocky Mountains. So many activities are available literally out your front door.
*Please note: train track is adjacent to the property but we are in a designated quiet zone. Which means the trains are not permitted to blow their air horns. You can hear the train rumble, but that’s usually, all you will hear.
