As part of the Sea Oats community, you’ll also have access to fantastic amenities including a large beachfront pool.

Inside, a spacious and comfortable open floor plan offers plenty of sun-kissed space to spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wine fridge. Sweet dreams await in three well-appointed bedrooms - the peaceful primary suite includes fabulous beach views and direct balcony access. Added perks include smart TVs, a private washer and dryer, beach chairs, and beach towels.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location! Beautiful views!

We had a great stay and would stay again! Had everything we needed and more! The only negative- we received the wrong code for the tennis courts. The onsite office was able to give us the correct code, so no harm done. We enjoyed the condo location, amenities, supplies, beach, restaurants nearby, beach and sunset views, and patio seating. Would’ve to stay again if we are ever in the area.

Great ocean view

The 3rd floor was the perfect place to view the ocean and beach. Our party of 5 got great photos of the sunset and it was the perfect sunbathing balcony. Midnight photos of the moon shine on the ocean was stunning. Our stay was wonderful.

Very nice gulf front condo

This unit is very clean and beautfully decorated. Wine cooler and bar very unique and useful. Second bedroom is huge with private bath. Sea Oats is a very well maintained building and convenient to everything.

Great Stay!

Sea Oats 307 is a great property. The condo has been refurbished in a smart, modern way. The kitchen is great. The deep and wide balcony was perfect. The beach here is amazing and deep. There is a fabulous sandbar 50 yards out that was tremendous for the family. Fantastic condo, we had 9 people and it was plenty big.

Needed a Get Away

Had a very nice time at this property. Updated with a great view. One of the kids brought a friend so we needed an extra bed. This property has 6 beds, perfect for older kids who don’t want to share their bed. Beach was clean and not crowded.

Great beachfront condo!

This condo was just as beautiful as the photos online. The view of the beach and ocean was amazing. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. There is a huge closet in between the master bedroom and master bath that also has beach chairs, beach towels, and some beach toys. My kids enjoyed the tennis courts also! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to this area!

Perfect!

Girls Trip was a huge success! Absolutely loved this unit. Location was perfect! Beach was quiet and not overly crowded. We had everything we needed. The pictures show exactly what you get. Easy access to the beach and pool areas. Loved the covered tables at the beach entrance. It was nice on evenings we didn't want to cook that we could walk to several eateries. **Just note that the refrigerator ice maker can't keep up with multiple people filling larger sized cups. You'll need buy a bag of ice to supplement. But this isn't bothersome enough to reduce rating.

The best way to have a beach vacay

Three friends make a plan in January to have a beach vacation. There was lots of discussion on the location and necessary accommodations. It had to be 3 bedrooms so we could have our privacy. It had to be beachfront. Months of waiting and anticipation until June and then...We srored with Sea Oats! In addition to the checklist, our accommodations were beautifully decorated and spacious. The evening sunsets from the balcony were spectacular!! They thought of everything. We even had all the necessary beach supplies. The local restaurant scene is amazing. Redington Shores is near all the action in Clearwater and the small beach towns south. I will definitely be back!!

Condo stay in Redington Beach

You never know who will be above you in a condo. It can break a vacation if parents don’t control their children from running and playing with sliding glass doors and observe quiet hours. Probably won’t do condo again. Other than that beautiful view and nice accommodations. Needed more staples for bathroom and kitchen. Water pressure was low also for sink and washing machine.

Beautiful Condo and Location. Urgency to get us in was not ok!

We arrived and were so ready to start our girls weekend only to be locked out of the unit. I called the 800 number and the guy had zero urgency. It was 7 pm and we all had traveled all day plus, just got $400 in groceries. After a while of him not calling us back we noticed the window was unlocked so we climbed through. We found out the next day we were not given the correct combo. The condo is lovely once you get in and fit 5 of us girls comfortably!

All great except one thing

The condo was fantastic, but we were on the fourth floor, and the elevator was not working. This was an extreme inconvenience! We had 4 small kids unable to carry themselves much less all the rest of the luggage, groceries, pool/beach supplies up and down the stairs! There seemed to be such a little to no concern from the office clerk or the property manager. It was extremely absurd considering the amount of elevator repair businesses in the area with a simple Google search. It appeared to have been out of order for a long time, and we were informed it had been weeks, but there was no sort of notice prior to arrival of the inconvenience. Aside from this, it was a great area, and nice place.

The view

The view was breathtaking! Accessibility to pool and beach we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The decor of the rooms was beautiful. Only two things stopping from giving a 5 star rating was the keypad to get in room did not work 99% of the time. Luckily we got it to work after several tries to get into the room to start our stay. From then on we took the key with us whenever we left. Also first morning we plugged in the Keurig coffee maker and it knocked out power to master bedroom, living room, tv, and internet. Took all day communicating with owners of property to finally to get someone out there to come and get electricity back on. He couldn’t fix the door lock. He said he would put in a work order for someone to fix it. It would have been beneficial if we knew the circuit box was behind a picture in the laundry room. Wouldn’t have been so bad but we had a gymnastics meet to get to that day. All in all we would come back to stay there again. These two glitches where the only reason we didn’t give them a 5 star rating.

Even Nicer in Person

This condo is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious and well thought out. Great location. On the 3rd floor, so option to take the stairs. Able to walk to a couple of stores/restaurants. But the best part is the amazing beach and gorgeous gulf front views from the balcony. The only suggestion would be to pack a few wash cloths, hand towels and kitchen towels, as I felt we could have used more than what was provided. Plenty of bath and beach towels. The only negative was the management company and their communication. First, we had some delays getting our trip confirmation. Then we were told we would have 2 parking passes. We only had 1 at check in, so we called. We were told we should park in the garage (we had a code in our welcome letter) but they were not sure which garage it was (so we finally found it by trying the code on each garage). 5 days into our 7 day trip, I received a call from the company, "they received notification we were using the garage and could we move our vehicle". I told them they had told us to park there and asked for another parking pass. I was told to "make one to mimic the other one we have" and they would get me a pass for the last 2 days. We never received another pass from them as they promised. And thankful we did not get a ticket or towed as we did not happen to bring paper and pen with us (or a printer), so we were unable to make another one as instructed. That situation definitely put a damper on our trip as they made us feel we were in the wrong. Hopefully they have figured this out now as to not impact another guest's vacation. Despite the issues with the rental company, we loved the condo/location so much, we would definitely rent again.

Beach vacation!

Great condo - beach was awesome and it’s located 10 minutes from John’s Pass. It would have been nice if we were supplied with more toilet paper. Also it said 5 beach chairs but 2 of the chairs were in rough shape.
