The home is nice and clean and plenty of room for our family of 7. My kids loved swimming in the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We liked the proximity to the Keys and Everglades. The home itself is a little older with some things updated and some things not, but was fine for our stay. One burner on the stove did not work as well as the overhead range. The kitchen could have been better stocked - there were no cookie sheets or mixing bowls or larger pots, but we made do cooking several meals there.

Cutler Bay 4 bedroom w pool

Four private bedrooms was perfect. Safe, enough towels, tp and blankets. Only 3 minutes to the highway. The location worked out good for our activities in the keys and in Miami

Good 4 bedroom

Just needs a few things to be great. Needs updated cookware, some condiments or at least salt and pepper, stove top burners needs replaced, pool did not feel heated but still fun. Home was clean and comfortable in a good neighborhood, 4 bedrooms was nice, all beds were comfortable. Good AC!

This was overall a disappointing stay. Upon checking in, we found that the electric in two of the four bedrooms was completely out, including the room our children would be staying in. We also noticed that the water in the home was lukewarm at the most. We ended up having to reset the switch to the water heater in the electric panel to restore function to the water heater. The fountain pictured in the pool area was 80% broken. The pool was dirty, and the screens surrounding the pool area were torn and in poor condition. The chairs that were available on the pool deck were completely rusted, making sitting in them uncomfortable and unsafe. The kitchen had basic cooking utensils, but there was absolutely nothing available that would have made cooking at the home practical, like salt or cooking oil. Finally, it would appear the home is in the process of being listed for sale. On our first day there, a home inspector came to assess the property- this was previously discussed between the property manager and I and was approved. However, our second day there, a tree removal service came (unannounced) to remove a tree in the front yard at 8am, surprising us by asking which tree they were to remove, and ultimately disrupting our morning with their tools. On our third and final day, a roof repair man came (again unannounced) and proceeded to fix the roof (during a thunderstorm) and during our kid's nap time. I overall regret booking this stay.

Great location, ample space, host could improve though

This home was in a great location: close to national parks, not too far from Miami Beach still, and in a quiet neighborhood. It felt very spacious, even with 7 of us there. Check-in was easy and seamless, and the pool was lovely. Host was flexible when we accidentally booked the wrong date and needed to extend a day. Unfortunately, the house presented many inconsistencies, like ample pool towels, 2 different hair dryers, over 15 plates, and at least 6 pots on the one hand, but no baking sheets or potholders, only 4 bowels, only one extra trash bag, and just a single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (for a 10 day stay. We've never not had TP provided at other stays.) Moreover, the home had a broken window, shower head, mosquito net, and coffee pot (that made a terrible mess leaking coffee all over the home the first time we made coffee). When we contacted the host about several of these issues, the response was disappointing. Turn around time was slow (once taking 2 days to get back to us, another time taking 4 days, despite us sending 4 different messages about various concerns or questions during that time). We replaced the coffee pot the first morning (after contacting the host about it, because my group NEEDED coffee!! lol) and there was no offer to refund us for it, nor were there even responses to my inquiries about if there were baking pans, trash bags, or TP on the premises or available. On the whole: a nice place, but a bit disappointing for the price tag.

Haus und Kommunikation

Wir hatten im gesamten Aufenthalt eine schöne Zeit, die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll und ruhig. Der Allgemeine Zustand des Hauses ist ok, wobei das ein oder andere Möbelstück schon etwas verlebt ist und ausgetauscht werden könnte. Hier und da wäre ein bißchen Pflege auch nicht verkehrt, aber im großen und ganzen gut. Die Kommunikation ist etwas verbesserungswürdig und könnte besser sein. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub
